Freezing preventing apparatus for movable toilet
Disclosed is an apparatus to prevent freezing of a sewage pipe for a movable toilet, which uses hot water of the movable toilet to prevent the sewage pipe from being frozen in winter. According to the present invention, a movable toilet includes a pipe bit formed in a lower space, which is formed by spacing an indoor floor surface from the ground at a predetermined distance, and the sewage pipe installed in the pipe bit and having a gradient to allow sewage to be drained and discharged to a septic tank. The apparatus to prevent freezing of the sewage pipe for the movable toilet comprises: an outdoor air temperature sensor to detect the temperature of outdoor air around the movable toilet; a hot water tank receiving and storing water supplied from an external tap of the movable toilet, and including a heater to maintain the stored water at a predetermined temperature or higher; a hot water valve installed between the hot water tank and the sewage pipe to drain or cut off the hot water of the hot water tank to or from the sewage pipe; and a control unit controlling the hot water valve to periodically repeat an operation to open and close the hot water valve for a predetermined time when the temperature detected by the outdoor air temperature sensor is equal to or less than the predetermined temperature. A connection position with the hot water tank is located at the highest position in the sewage pipe.
겨울철 이동식 화장실의 온수를 이용하여 오수 배관이 결빙되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 이동식 화장실의 오수배관 결빙 방지장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 의한 이동식 화장실의 오수배관 결빙 방지장치는 실내 바닥면이 지면과 일정 거리 이격되어 하부 공간인 배관 비트를 구비하고, 상기 배관 비트에 오수가 배수되어 정화조로 배출될 수 있도록 구배를 갖는 오수배관이 설치된 이동실 화장실에 있어서, 상기 이동식 화장실의 외기의 온도를 감지하는 외기 온도센서; 상기 이동식 화장실의 외부의 상수도로부터 수도를 공급받아 저수하고, 히터가 내장되어 저수된 물의 온도가 일정온도 이상으로 유지되는 온수탱크; 상기 온수탱크와 상기 오수배관 사이에 설치되어 상기 온수탱크의 온수를 상기 오수배관으로 배수 또는 차단시키는 온수밸브; 및 상기 외기 온도센서에 의해 감지된 온도가 일정 온도 이하이면 상기 온수밸브를 일정시간 동안 개방하고 폐쇄하는 것을 주기적으로 반복하도록 상기 온수밸브를 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하고, 상기 온수탱크와의 연결위치가 상기 오수배관 중에 가장 높은 위치에 위치하도록 연결될 수 있다.

Disclosed is an apparatus to prevent freezing of a sewage pipe for a movable toilet, which uses hot water of the movable toilet to prevent the sewage pipe from being frozen in winter. According to the present invention, a movable toilet includes a pipe bit formed in a lower space, which is formed by spacing an indoor floor surface from the ground at a predetermined distance, and the sewage pipe installed in the pipe bit and having a gradient to allow sewage to be drained and discharged to a septic tank.
