The lock body (410) is installed at a door and operates a knob (420) inside and outside to open and close the dead bolt (430). The electromagnet (300) includes an electromagnet field (310) which is installed in the electromagnet (300), has an elevating groove (311) in which the upper end of the opening and closing shaft (320) ascends and descends, and moves the opening and closing shaft upwards when power is applied and the opening and closing shaft (320) which has an upper end inserted into and elevating in the elevating groove (311) of the electromagnet field (310), has a lower end passing through a guide hole (131) formed in the bottom surface of the accommodating chamber (110), has an outer periphery having a flange (321) to enter and leave an opening and closing shaft coupling groove (221) of the opening and closing operation unit (200), and is limited in lowering distance, an elastic spring (322) being mounted on the outer periphery of the upper surface of the flange (321). The electromagnet (300) is operated based on an instruction from a smartphone, and then the opening and closing shaft (320) is lifted and the opening and closing operation unit (200) can be controlled.

본 발명은 스마트폰으로 개방할 수 있는 출입문 자물쇠의 데드볼트 캣치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 문설주에 장치되는 부착판(100); 부착판(100)의 전면 일측에 형성되어 자물쇠본체(410)의 데드볼트(430)를 수용하는 수용실(110); 수용실(110)의 측면 개방부(112)를 커버하며 회전가능케 결합되는 개폐작동구(200); 부착판(100) 후측의 전자석장치실(130)에 설치되고 개폐작동구(200)의 개폐동작을 제어하도록 개폐축(320)이 설치되는 전자석(300); 을 포함하여 이루어지고, 자물쇠본체(410)는 출입문에 장치되어 내,외측의 손잡이(420)를 작동시켜서 데드볼트(430)를 개폐시키며, 전자석(300)은, 전자석(300) 내부에 설치되고 개폐축(320)의 상단이 승강하는 승강홈(311)이 형성되어 전원의 인가되면 개폐축을 상측으로 이동시키는 전자석 계자(310)와, 상단은 전자석 계자(310)의 승강홈(311)에 삽입되어 승강하고 하단은 수용실(110)의 바닥면에 형성된 안내공(131)에 관통하여 개폐작동구(200)의 개폐축결합홈(221)으로 출입할 수 있게 외주에 플랜지(321)가 형성되어 하강거리가 제한되며 플랜지(321)의 상면 외주에 탄발스프링(322)이 장치되는 개폐축(320)으로 이루어져 스마트폰의 지시에 따라 전자석(300)이 작동하여 개폐축(320)을 상승시켜서 개폐작동구(200)를 제어할 수 있게 한 구성이다.
