HOLDING DEVICE FOR A ELEVATING OF JACK-UP BARGE
The present invention relates to a holding apparatus for elevation to fix a platform of a jack-up barge, capable of being suitably applied to a large capacity jack-up barge with heavy weight. According to the present invention, the holding apparatus for elevation to fix a platform of a jack-up barge comprises: a fixed body (2) fixed to the platform (100) of the jack-up barge and having a through-hole formed therein to receive a post (10) penetrating therethrough; a moving body (3) having a through-hole formed therein to receive the post (10) penetrating therethrough and disposed on the upper part of the fixed body (2) at an interval; a plurality of elevation cylinders (4) to allow the moving body (3) to perform linear reciprocation with respect to the fixed body (2) while connecting the fixed and moving bodies (2, 3); and a gripping means (5) disposed on the fixed and moving bodies (2, 3) to grip or release the outer circumferential surface of the piston (10). The gripping means comprises: a gripping rod (51) to perform linear reciprocation into the through-hole in the fixed and moving bodies (2, 3); and a gripping cylinder (52) to linearly reciprocate the gripping rod (51). Moreover, a holding device for elevation to fix the platform of the jack-up barge, in which a coupling groove part (11) inserting an end part of the gripping rod (51) therein to be coupled or decoupled is formed, and a gripping bracket for the gripping means are installed on the outer surface of the post of the post (10) at a predetermined interval, and thus the holding device for elevation freely moves forward and backward by using the gripping bracket installed on the post.
본 발명은, 중량이 큰 대용량의 승강식 부선에 적합하게 적용할 수 있도록; 승강식 부선의 플랫폼(100)에 고정되며 내부에 포스트(10)가 관통하도록 수용하는 관통공이 형성된 고정몸체(2)와; 내부에 상기 포스트(10)가 관통하도록 수용하는 또 다른 관통공이 형성되며 상기 고정몸체(2)의 상부로 사이간격을 가지면서 배치되는 구동몸체(3)와; 상기 고정몸체(2)와 상기 구동몸체(3)을 연결하면서 상기 고정몸체(2)에 대하여 상기 구동몸체(3)를 직선왕복운동시키도록 된 다수의 승강실린더(4)와; 상기 고정몸체(2)와 상기 구동몸체(3)에 각각 구비되어 상기 포스트(10)의 외주면을 파지하거나 해제하도록 된 파지수단(5);을 포함하여 이루어지는 승강식 부선의 플랫폼 고정용 엘리베이팅을 위한 홀딩장치(1)에 있어서; 상기 파지수단(5)은, 상기 고정몸체(2)와 상기 구동몸체(3)에서 상기 관통공의 내측방향으로 직선운동하도록 된 파지로드(51)와, 상기 파지로드(51)를 직선왕복운동시키도록 된 파지실린더(52)를 포함하여 이루어지며; 상기 포스트(10)에는, 상기 파지로드(51)의 단부가 진입하여 결속 및 해제되도록 된 결속요부(11)가 형성되는 승강식 부선의 플랫폼 고정용 엘리베이팅을 위한 홀딩장치와 포스트 외면에 파지수단을 위한 파지브라켓을 일정간격으로 설치하여 엘리베이팅을 위한 홀딩장치 가 포스트 에 설치된 파지 브라켓을 이용해 자유로이 진퇴할수 있도록 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a holding apparatus for elevation to fix a platform of a jack-up barge, capable of being suitably applied to a large capacity jack-up barge with heavy weight.
