Locking device for folding door
An objective of the present invention is to provide a locking device for a folding door which firstly prevents a door from being opened without operation of a handle, and secondly prevents the handle from being operated by a locking device to prevent the door from being unintentionally opened. According to embodiments of the present invention, the locking device for a folding door comprises: a rotary gear connected to a handle by a connection shaft; a gear housing having gear teeth corresponding to the rotary gear on a side thereof; a moving pole which is connected to an upper side of the gear housing, and has a fixing member formed on an end thereof; and a restoring spring arranged on a lower end of the gear housing. When the rotary gear rotates by operation of the handle, the gear housing engaged with the rotary gear by the gear teeth moves vertically, and lifts and lowers the moving pole. The gear housing automatically ascends by the restoring spring after the gear housing and the moving pole descend.
본 발명은 일차적으로 손잡이의 동작 없이는 문이 열리지 않도록 하며, 이차적으로 잠금장치로 인해 손잡이가 작동되지 않도록 하여 의도적이지 않게 열리는 것을 방지하는 접이문용 잠금장치를 제공하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 접이문용 잠금장치는 손잡이와 연결축에 의해 연결되는 회전기어; 일측에 상기 회전기어에 상응하는 기어치가 형성되는 기어하우징; 상기 기어하우징의 상측으로 연결되며, 끝단에 고정부재가 형성된 이동폴대 및 상기 기어하우징 하단에 구비되는 복원스프링을 포함하며, 상기 손잡이의 작동에 따라 상기 회전기어가 회전 시, 상기 회전기어와 기어치에 의해 치합된 상기 기어하우징이 상/하로 이동하며 상기 이동폴대를 상승 및 하강 시키고, 상기 기어하우징 및 상기 이동폴대의 하강 후 상기 복원스프링에 의해 자동으로 상승하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접이문용 잠금장치를 제공할 수 있다.
