Concrete repair composition and method of Construction repair thereof
The present invention is mainly applied to civil engineering fields such as concrete structures, and relates to a concrete repair and reinforcement composition and a method of repairing and reinforcing a structure using the same. The concrete repair and reinforcement composition of the present invention is a polyurea epoxy composition having a mixing ratio of a main material and a curing agent of 1 : 1; and contains the curing agent in which 10 to 60 parts by weight of first polyol including amine, 10 to 30 parts by weight of a second polyol mixture, 6 to 20 parts by weight of amine-applied polyaspartic ester, and 4 to 30 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent.
본 발명은 주로 콘크리트 구조물과 같은 토목 분야에 적용되는 것으로, 구조물의 보수 보강용으로 사용되는 콘크리트 보수보강용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 구조물 보수보강방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 폴리우레아에폭시조성물은 주제와 경화제의 혼합비가 1:1이며, 그리고 아민이 첨가된 제1폴리올 10~60중량부, 제2폴리올혼합물 10~30중량부, 아민이 부여된 폴리아스파틱에스테르 6~20중량부, 가교제 4~30중량부로 구성된 경화제; 를 포함한다.
