본 발명은 집중호우시 발생되는 탁수를 여과할 수 있고, 미세한 흙인 모래가 유출됨에 의해 침사지와 배수로의 막힘과 제방 및 둑이 붕괴되는 것을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 무게를 예측할 수 있는 표식을 구비하여 시공시 무게를 감당할 수 있는 장비의 수급을 용이하게 할 수 있게 한 탁수 여과 및 모래 유출 방지용 개비온에 관한 것이다.
