The present invention relates to an integrated unit of a balustrade lift and folding stairs for an observatory installed in a required place and, more specifically, relates to an integrated unit of a balustrade lift and folding stairs for an observatory installed in a required place, wherein a height adjustable balustrade lift is formed, and stairs are integrally formed at one side of the balustrade lift. The integrated unit is directly used without additional equipment in a using place of a user. The stairs have a folding type stair shape to automatically form a stair shape while being folded or unfolded in accordance with ascending and descending of the balustrade lift. Therefore, the integrated unit can be easily used for various places for a moving vehicle, an observatory, and an inspection of troops.
본 발명은 필요장소설치형 전망대용 난간 리프트와 계단의 동시접이식 일체형 조립체에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 높이 조절이 가능한 난간 리프트를 구성하고, 이러한 난간 리프트의 일측에 계단을 일체로 구성하여, 사용자의 사용처에 별도의 장비없이 바로 사용이 가능토록 하며, 상기 계단의 경우 접이식 계단형태를 가짐으로써, 난간 리프트의 승, 하강 여부에 따라 계단 또한 접어지거나 또는 펼쳐지며 계단형태를 자동으로 이뤄, 이동차량 장착, 전망대, 군대사열 등 다양한 곳에 손쉽게 사용이 가능한 필요장소설치형 전망대용 난간 리프트와 계단의 동시접이식 일체형 조립체에 관한 것이다.
