본 발명은, 석고와, 상기 석고 100중량부에 대하여 고분자 섬유 0.01∼20중량부를 포함하며, 상기 고분자 섬유는 매트릭스를 이루는 상기 석고에 균일하게 분산되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도자기 성형용 석고 몰드를 이용한 도자기의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 석고의 수분 흡수성을 유지하면서 인장강도, 휨강도 등의 기계적 특성(mechanical properties), 균열에 대한 저항성, 내충격성이 우수하고, 종래의 석고 몰드에 비하여 모서리 마모성이 낮고, 사용 수명을 연장시킬 수 있으며, 도자기 생산 비용을 낮출 수 있다.
