The present invention relates to a method for producing ready-mixed concrete. To this end, the following components are required: an aggregate supply chamber for supplying aggregates; a cement supply chamber for supplying cement; a water supply chamber for supplying water; a transfer part transferring the aggregate discharged from the aggregate supply chamber; a mixing chamber connected to the transfer part, the cement supply chamber, and the water supply chamber, and supplied with the aggregate, cement, water, and an admixture, so as to produce the ready-mixed concrete; and a control part controlling the transfer part, the cement supply chamber, the water supply chamber, and the mixing chamber. According to the present invention, it is possible to directly supply the aggregate suitable for a material of the ready-mixed concrete by molding a raw material, thereby enabling production of ready-mixed concrete by using the same.
본 발명은 레미콘 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 골재를 공급하는 골재공급챔버; 시멘트를 공급하는 시멘트공급챔버; 물을 공급하는 물공급챔버; 상기 골재공급챔버로부터 배출되는 골재를 이송시키는 이송부; 상기 이송부, 시멘트공급챔버, 및 물공급챔버와 연통되어 상기 골재, 시멘트, 물 및 혼화제를 공급받아 레미콘을 제조하는 믹싱챔버; 및 상기 이송부, 시멘트공급챔버, 물공급챔버 및 믹싱챔버를 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의하면, 원재료를 성형하여 레미콘의 제료에 적합한 골재를 직접적으로 공급할 수 있고, 이를 이용하여 레미콘을 제조할 수 있다.
The present invention relates to a method for producing ready-mixed concrete.
