Pack-mounted Ground Reinforcing Apparatus
The present invention relates to a pack-mounted ground reinforcing apparatus which maximally discharges air in a hole drilled in the ground and a grout pack buried in the hole when injecting grout into the grout pack to minimize a non-reinforcing section by residual air, and efficiently performs reinjection of grout after injecting first grout. According to the present invention, the pack-mounted ground reinforcing apparatus comprises: a reinforcing material of a bar shape inserted into a hole drilled in the ground; an upper holder member which is coupled to an upper end of the reinforcing material to be arranged on an upper entrance of the hole, and has an air discharge hole and a reinjection hole formed to vertically penetrate the same; a lower holder member coupled to a lower end of the reinforcing material to be arranged adjacent to a bottom surface of the hole; a grout pack made of a flexible material capable of expanding and contracting, wherein an upper end thereof is fixed on an outer surface of the upper holder member, and a lower end thereof is fixed on an outer surface of the lower holder member to enclose the outside of the reinforcing material; a grout injection pipe installed to be extended downwards by penetrating the upper holder member to inject grout into the grout pack; an air discharge unit installed on the air discharge hole of the upper holder member to discharge air in the hole to the outside when injecting grout into the hole; and a reinjection cap detachably installed on the reinjection hole of the upper holder member to close the reinjection hole when injecting grout through the grout injection pipe and open the reinjection hole when reinjecting grout through the reinjection hole.
본 발명은 지반에 천공된 홀 내측에 매입된 그라우트팩 내측으로 그라우트를 주입시 홀과 그라우트팩 내측의 공기를 최대한 배출할 수 있도록 하여 공기의 잔류에 의한 무보강 구간을 최소화함과 더불어, 1차 그라우트의 주입한 후 효율적으로 그라우트의 재주입을 수행할 수 있는 팩 장착형 지반 보강장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 팩 장착형 지반 보강장치는, 지반에 천공된 홀 내측으로 삽입되는 봉 형태의 보강재; 상기 보강재의 상단에 결합되어 홀의 상단 입구에 배치되며, 공기배출공과 재주입공이 상하로 관통되게 형성되어 있는 상부 홀더부재; 상기 보강재의 하단에 결합되어 홀의 바닥면에 근접하게 배치되는 하부 홀더부재; 팽창 및 수축이 가능한 유연한 소재로 되어, 상단이 상기 상부 홀더부재의 외면에 고정되고, 하단이 상기 하부 홀더부재의 외면에 고정되면서 보강재의 외측을 둘러싸는 그라우트팩; 상기 상부 홀더부재를 관통하여 하측으로 연장되게 설치되어 그라우트팩 내측으로 그라우트를 주입하는 그라우트 주입관; 상기 상부 홀더부재의 공기배출공에 설치되어 홀 내측에 그라우트를 주입할 때 홀 내측의 공기를 외부로 배출하는 공기배출유닛; 및, 상기 상부 홀더부재의 재주입공에 착탈 가능하게 설치되어, 상기 그라우트 주입관을 통한 그라우트의 주입시에는 재주입공을 폐쇄하고 재주입공을 통한 그라우트의 재주입시에는 재주입공을 개방하는 재주입마개;를 포함한다.

본 발명은 지반에 천공된 홀 내측에 매입된 그라우트팩 내측으로 그라우트를 주입시 홀과 그라우트팩 내측의 공기를 최대한 배출할 수 있도록 하여 공기의 잔류에 의한 무보강 구간을 최소화함과 더불어, 1차 그라우트의 주입한 후 효율적으로 그라우트의 재주입을 수행할 수 있는 팩 장착형 지반 보강장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 팩 장착형 지반 보강장치는, 지반에 천공된 홀 내측으로 삽입되는 봉 형태의 보강재; 상기 보강재의 상단에 결합되어 홀의 상단 입구에 배치되며, 공기배출공과 재주입공이 상하로 관통되게 형성되어 있는 상부 홀더부재; 상기 보강재의 하단에 결합되어 홀의 바닥면에 근접하게 배치되는 하부 홀더부재; 팽창 및 수축이 가능한 유연한 소재로 되어, 상단이 상기 상부 홀더부재의 외면에 고정되고, 하단이 상기 하부 홀더부재의 외면에 고정되면서 보강재의 외측을 둘러싸는 그라우트팩; 상기 상부 홀더부재를 관통하여 하측으로 연장되게 설치되어 그라우트팩 내측으로 그라우트를 주입하는 그라우트 주입관; 상기 상부 홀더부재의 공기배출공에 설치되어 홀 내측에 그라우트를 주입할 때 홀 내측의 공기를 외부로 배출하는 공기배출유닛; 및, 상기 상부 홀더부재의 재주입공에 착탈 가능하게 설치되어, 상기 그라우트 주입관을 통한 그라우트의 주입시에는 재주입공을 폐쇄하고 재주입공을 통한 그라우트의 재주입시에는 재주입공을 개방하는 재주입마개;를 포함한다.
