The present invention relates to a pylon stabilizer for an extra high voltage transmission and distribution line and, more specifically, relates to a pylon stabilizer for an extra high voltage transmission and distribution line, which is improved to safely maintain a high voltage transmission and distribution line in correspondence to a change in tension of the transmission and distribution line while safely maintaining the line against a strong wind such as a typhoon having instantaneous velocity more than a speed of 40 meters a second while weather is abnormal.
본 발명은 특고압 송전선로의 철탑 안정장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 기상이상이 발생되면서 초속 40m가 넘는 순간속도를 갖는 강풍(태풍 포함)에 의해서도 안전하게 유지될 수 있으면서 송전선의 장력 변화에도 대응하여 안전한 특고압 송전선로를 유지할 수 있도록 개선된 특고압 송전선로의 철탑 안정장치에 관한 것이다.
