The present invention relates to a fence assembly. Such a fence assembly comprises: a column (3) which is upright in the up and down direction and has at least one engagement groove (h) formed on the surface thereof; a pipe (5) coupled to a column (3) and capable of moving laterally and vertically; a first connection bracket (7) movably coupled to the engagement groove (h) of the column (3) and capable of laterally moving; a pair of second connection brackets (9a, 9b) mounted on a tip of the pipe (5) and hinged to the first connection bracket (7) so as to be vertically movable; and a hinge pin (20) for hinging the first and second connection brackets (7, 9).
