Non-electric water immersion prevention device
The present invention relates to a non-power source water immersion prevention device that is disposed on a pipe in a valve chamber inside a manhole to prevent a valve and equipment from being damaged to automatically open an opening and closing valve by means of a floater ascending by a level of water upon water immersion in the manhole to discharge the water to the outside through a suction pipe by means of the suction force generated by an ejector, that instantly handles the water immersion, without any manipulation of a worker, that reduces a maintenance cost through the non-power use, that needs a lower installation cost than a conventional drainage system using a pump, that lowers a failure rate, and that sets pause time during activation by means of an amount of water introduced and discharged into and from a water collection tank disposed above the floater to improve efficiency and to remove foreign matters from the suction pipe. According to the present invention, the non-power source water immersion prevention device includes: a connection pipe (100) branched from a manhole pipe (11) of a manhole body (10) where a water collection part (12) is disposed; an opening and closing valve (300) for opening and closing a water inlet portion (130) of the connection pipe (100) by means of a floater (200); a suction pipe (400) for sucking water from the water collection part (12) through a first filtering screen (410); an ejector (500) for discharging the sucked water to the suction pipe (400) to the outside through a discharge part (150) of the connection pipe (100); and a water collection tank (630) for collecting water introduced through an inlet pipe (150) branched from the discharge part (150) and for repeatedly opening and closing the opening and closing valve (300) through the ascending and descending of the floater (200).
본 발명은 맨홀 내부 밸브실 배관 라인에 설치되어 침수에 의한 밸브 및 기기의 파손을 방지하는 무전원 침수방지 장치에 관한 것으로, 맨홀 내의 침수 발생시 수위에 의해 승강하는 부구에 의해 자동으로 개폐밸브를 개방하여 이젝터를 통해 발생하는 흡입력에 의해 맨홀 내의 침수된 물을 흡입관로를 통해 외부로 빠르게 배출하여 침수에 의한 시설물의 부식이나 고장을 방지하고, 침수시 사람이 일일이 조작하지 않아도 즉각적인 대처가 가능하고 무전력 사용으로 인한 유지비용이 절감되며, 종래의 펌프를 통한 배수방식에 비해 설치비용이 절감되고 고장발생률이 낮을 뿐만 아니라 부구의 상부에 설치되는 집수통에 유입되고 배출되는 물의 양에 의해 가동 중에 일시정지 시간을 설정하여 효율을 증가시키고 흡입관로의 이물질을 제거할 수 있는 무전원 침수방지 장치에 관한 것이다.
