Ground Reinforcing Apparatus of Pressing Type And Method of Ground Reinforcing Construction Using the Same
The present invention relates to a pressing type ground reinforcing apparatus and a ground reinforcing method using the same, which can minimize damage of a hollow wall by accurately controlling expansion pressure by quantifying a use amount of a foam material through improvement of a packer structure, install a packer at an inlet of a hole, and minimize a non-reinforcement section, which is not filled with grout, by filling the packer with grout. The pressing type ground reinforcing apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a bar-shaped reinforcing member inserted into a hole formed in the ground; a mount member fit to an upper end of the reinforcing member and arranged at an inlet of an upper end of the hole; a separation pipe having an empty container shape of which an upper end portion and a lower end portion are opened, wherein the upper end portion is combined with the mount member; a pack made of a soft material and mounted to surround an outer face of the separation pipe, wherein an upper end is fixed to an upper portion of the separation pipe and a lower end is fixed to a lower portion of the separation pipe; an expansion material made of a foam material and injected into a space formed between the outer face of the separation pipe and the pack; a grout injection pipe mounted to penetrate the mount member to inject grout into the hole; and an air discharge unit mounted to penetrate the mount member to discharge inside air of the hole to the outside when grout is injected into the hole.
본 발명은 패커 구조의 개선을 통해 발포성 재료의 사용량을 정량화하여 팽창압을 정확히 제어함으로써 공벽 손상을 최소화하고, 패커를 홀의 입구에 설치할 수 있으며, 패커 내측에도 그라우트를 채워 넣을 수 있도록 하여 그라우트가 채워지지 않는 무보강 구간을 최소화할 수 있는 압력식 지반 보강장치 및 이를 이용한 지반 보강공법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 압력식 지반 보강장치는, 지반에 천공된 홀 내측으로 삽입되는 봉 형태의 보강재; 상기 보강재의 상단에 끼워져 홀의 상단 입구에 배치되는 마운트부재; 상단부 및 하단부가 개방된 속이 빈 통 형태를 가지며, 상단부가 상기 마운트부재에 결합되는 분리관; 상기 분리관의 외측을 둘러싸도록 설치되며, 상단이 상기 분리관의 상부에 고정되고, 하단이 상기 분리관의 하부에 고정되는 유연한 소재로 된 팩; 상기 분리관의 외면과 팩 사이에 형성된 공간으로 주입되어 채워지는 발포성 재료로 된 팽창재; 상기 마운트부재를 관통하도록 설치되어 홀 내측으로 그라우트를 주입하는 그라우트 주입관; 및, 상기 마운트부재를 관통하도록 설치되어 홀 내측에 그라우트를 주입할 때 홀 내측의 공기를 외부로 배출하는 공기배출유닛;을 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a pressing type ground reinforcing apparatus and a ground reinforcing method using the same, which can minimize damage of a hollow wall by accurately controlling expansion pressure by quantifying a use amount of a foam material through improvement of a packer structure, install a packer at an inlet of a hole, and minimize a non-reinforcement section, which is not filled with grout, by filling the packer with grout. 본 발명은 패커 구조의 개선을 통해 발포성 재료의 사용량을 정량화하여 팽창압을 정확히 제어함으로써 공벽 손상을 최소화하고, 패커를 홀의 입구에 설치할 수 있으며, 패커 내측에도 그라우트를 채워 넣을 수 있도록 하여 그라우트가 채워지지 않는 무보강 구간을 최소화할 수 있는 압력식 지반 보강장치 및 이를 이용한 지반 보강공법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 압력식 지반 보강장치는, 지반에 천공된 홀 내측으로 삽입되는 봉 형태의 보강재; 상기 보강재의 상단에 끼워져 홀의 상단 입구에 배치되는 마운트부재; 상단부 및 하단부가 개방된 속이 빈 통 형태를 가지며, 상단부가 상기 마운트부재에 결합되는 분리관; 상기 분리관의 외측을 둘러싸도록 설치되며, 상단이 상기 분리관의 상부에 고정되고, 하단이 상기 분리관의 하부에 고정되는 유연한 소재로 된 팩; 상기 분리관의 외면과 팩 사이에 형성된 공간으로 주입되어 채워지는 발포성 재료로 된 팽창재; 상기 마운트부재를 관통하도록 설치되어 홀 내측으로 그라우트를 주입하는 그라우트 주입관; 및, 상기 마운트부재를 관통하도록 설치되어 홀 내측에 그라우트를 주입할 때 홀 내측의 공기를 외부로 배출하는 공기배출유닛;을 포함한다.
