PILE AND BASEPLATE CONNECTION APPARATUS
One object of the present invention is to provide a pipe and base plate connecting apparatus, which is simple in manufacturing and mounting and has a structural stability by allowing stable assembly without welding or fastening means, such as bolts or nuts. Another object of the present invention is to provide a pipe and base plate connecting apparatus, which can reduce personnel expenses by using a safety reinforcing cap having a bridge hole and enhance structural safety. The pipe and base plate connecting apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a blocking part mounted inside a pile; connection parts combined with an upper surface of the blocking part to be spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval, wherein an upper part protrudes above an upper portion of the pile; a joining part for joining the connection parts with each other; and a supporting part combined with the blocking part and the joining part and fixed to the upper portion of the pile to support the load of a cured material filling the inside of the pile.
본 발명은 용접이나 볼트, 너트 등의 결합수단 없이도 안정적으로 조립하므로 제조와 설치가 간단하면서 구조적으로 안정성을 갖춘 파일과 기초판의 연결장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 발명은 브릿지홀이 형성된 안전보강캡을 사용하여 인건비를 절감하고, 구조적으로 안정성을 향상시킬 수 있는 파일과 기초판의 연결장치를 제공하는 데에도 그 목적이 있다. 본 발명에 따른 파일과 기초판의 연결장치는, 파일의 내부에 설치되는 막음부, 상기 막음부의 상면에 서로 일정간격 이격되게 결합되고, 상측이 상기 파일의 상부로 돌출되는 연결부, 상기 연결부를 결속시키는 결속부, 상기 막음부와 결속부에 결합되고, 상기 파일의 상측에 고정되어, 상기 파일의 내부에 채움되는 양생물의 하중을 지지하는 지지부를 포함한다.
