Prefabricated window and construction method thereof
One embodiment of the present invention relates to a prefabricated window/door comprising: a frame unit divided into a plurality of parts to be installed to each step part disposed on upper, lower, left, and right sides of an opening part of a building so as to form a window frame, exposing a part to an outdoor space of the building to form an extended space therein, which communicates with the outdoor and indoor spaces of the building; a first opening/closing door installed in the frame unit to allow the indoor space of the building to selectively communicate with the extended space; a second opening/closing door installed in the frame unit to allow the outdoor space of the building to selectively communicate with the extended space; and a glass window installed in the frame unit to block the outdoor space of the building and the extended space. According to one embodiment of the present invention, as the frame unit is formed in a structure detachably attached to an outer wall of the building, construction is facilitated and a construction time is reduced, thereby reducing construction expenses and easily extending a living area of the building.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 조립식 창호는 복수개로 분할되어 건축물의 개구부의 상측, 하측, 좌측 및 우측에 구비된 각 단턱부에 설치되어 창틀을 형성하고, 일부가 건축물의 실외공간으로 노출되어 내부에 상기 건축물의 실외공간 및 건축물의 실내공간과 연통되는 확장공간을 형성하는 프레임부; 상기 프레임부에 설치되어 상기 건축물의 실내공간과 상기 확장공간을 선택적으로 연통시키는 제1 개폐도어; 상기 프레임부에 설치되어 상기 건축물의 실외공간과 상기 확장공간을 선택적으로 연통시키는 제2 개폐도어; 및 상기 프레임부에 설치되어 상기 건축물의 실외공간과 상기 확장공간을 차단하는 유리창;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 프레임부가 건축물의 외벽에 탈부착 가능한 구조로 형성됨에 따라, 시공이 용이하고, 시공시간이 단축되어 시공비용을 절감할 수 있음은 물론, 손쉽게 건축물의 주거면적을 확장할 수 있다.
