The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for repairing waterworks and drainage pipes without excavation, making it easy to repair damaged waterworks and drainage pipes without drilling to remove the damaged drainage pipes buried underground by using a tube for repairing the waterworks and drainage pipes which can be inflated inside the waterworks and drainage pipes. That is, the present invention installs the tube for repairing the waterworks and drainage pipes which are formed by sequentially laminating an inner circular film, a circular nonwoven fabric and an outer circular film from an inner diameter unit to an outer diameter unit inside the damaged waterworks and drainage pipes, and performs a process of expanding and adhering the installed tube for repairing the waterworks and drainage pipes to the inner diameter unit of the waterworks and drainage pipes. Therefore, it is possible to easily repair damaged waterworks and drainage pipes without drilling operation to remove damaged drainage pipes buried underground.
본 발명은 상,하수관로의 내부에 팽창 가능하게 내설되는 상,하수관로 보수용 튜브를 이용하여, 지하에 매설된 손상 하수관 등을 제거하기 위한 굴착 작업 없이도 손상된 상,하수관로를 용이하게 보수할 수 있도록 한 비굴착 상,하수관로 보수 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 내부원형필름과 원형부직포와 외부원형필름이 내경부에서 외경부를 향하여 차례로 적층된 상,하수관로 보수용 튜브를 손상된 상,하수관로의 내부에 내설하고, 내설된 상,하수관로 보수용 튜브를 상,하수관로의 내경부를 향하여 팽창 및 접착시키는 등의 공정을 진행함으로써, 지하에 매설된 손상 하수관 등을 제거하기 위한 굴착 작업 없이도 손상된 상,하수관로를 용이하게 보수할 수 있도록 한 비굴착 상,하수관로 보수 장치 및 방법을 제공하고자 한 것이다.
