APARTMENT HOUSE HAVING A TERRACE
The present invention relates to an apartment house having a terrace of a structure protruding from an outer wall. The present invention comprises: a base terrace part which is disposed to protrude on an outer wall of an apartment house structure between unit households of different stories of the apartment house structure, and in which a terrace structure having a soil layer disposed therein to plant plants is linearly formed and a terrace space having a depth allowing a first soil layer to plant plants is provided therein; and a tree planting part which protrudes downward from one side of the base terrace part, is extended to a unit household of downstairs, and in which a tree planting space having a second soil layer having a depth capable of planting a tree and being deeper than the terrace space is provided therein. In the unit household of the upper story, plants such as wood, flowers, and the like are planted, and thus a desired landscape can be secured. In addition, the residential environment of the unit household of the upper story can be improved while the residential environment of the household of downstairs can be improved by providing an eave to the household of the downstairs of the unit household of the upper story. Therefore, the residential environments of the unit household of the upper story and the unit household of the downstairs can be improved together.
본 발명은 외벽에서 돌출된 구조의 테라스를 가지는 공동주택에 관한 것으로 공동주택 구조물의 서로 다른 층의 단위세대 사이에서 상기 공동주택 구조물의 외벽에 돌출되게 위치되며 내부에 식물을 식재할 수 있는 토양층이 위치되는 테라스 구조물이 일자형이고 식물을 식재할 수 있는 제1토양층이 위치될 수 있는 깊이를 가지는 테라스 공간이 내부에 구비되는 베이스 테라스부 및 상기 베이스 테라스부의 일측에서 하부로 돌출되고 아래층의 단위세대까지 연장되어 테라스 공간보다 더 깊고 나무를 식재할 수 있는 깊이를 가지는 제2토양층이 위치되는 나무식재 공간이 내부에 구비되는 나무 식재부를 포함하여 윗층 단위세대에서 나무, 꽃 등의 식물을 식재하여 원하는 조경을 꾸밀 수 있고, 해당 윗층 단위세대의 아래층 단위세대에 처마를 제공하여 윗층 단위세대의 주거 환경을 개선할 뿐만 아니라 아래층 단위세대의 주거 환경도 함께 개선하여 윗층 단위세대와 아래층 단위세대의 주거 만족도를 함께 향상시킬 수 있다.
