Method of repairing and protecting of concrete and protecting surface of steel material using natural mineral ceramic
The present invention relates to a concrete section repairmen protection and steel surface protection method using natural mineral ceramic, which comprises: a preprocessing step of cleaning the surface of an object to remove foreign substances and keeping the surface flat; a natural mineral ceramic composition formation step of forming a natural mineral ceramic composition by mixing natural mineral ceramic, a hardening agent, and an epoxy resin; a buffering net installation step of attaching fixing the edge of a buffering net to the surface of the object; a natural mineral ceramic composition applying step of applying the natural mineral ceramic composition on the buffering net; and a natural mineral ceramic coating layer formation step of forming a natural mineral ceramic coating later having a charging groove by separating the buffering net. Accordingly, a coating layer and an adhesive layer including the natural mineral ceramic are formed on the surface of the object such as the concrete structure and the steel structure so as to prevent damage and corrosion in accordance with rain and external forces. Therefore, the surface of the object can be protected.
본 발명은 천연광물세라믹을 이용한 콘크리트 단면보수보호 및 강재표면 보호공법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 상기 대상물 표면을 세척하여 이물질을 제거하고 평편하게 유지시키는 전처리단계; 천연광물세라믹과 경화제 및 에폭시 수지를 혼합하여 천연광물세라믹조성물을 형성시키는 천연광물세라믹조성물 형성단계; 상기 대상물의 표면에 완충망의 테두리를 부착하여 고정시키는 완충망설치단계; 상기 완충망의 상부에 상기 천연광물세라믹조성물을 도포하는 천연광물세라믹조성물 도포단계; 및 상기 완충망을 분리하여 충진홈이 형성된 천연광물세라믹코팅층을 형성시키는 천연광물세라믹코팅층 형성단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 천연광물세라믹을 이용한 콘크리트 단면보수보호 및 강재표면 보호공법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 콘크리트 구조물 및 강재 구조물과 같은 대상물의 표면에 천연광물세라믹이 포함된 코팅층과 접착층을 형성하여 우천, 외력에 따른 파손 및 부식을 방지하여 대상물의 표면을 보호하는 효과가 있다.
