SEISMIC RETROFIT STRUCTURE FOR REINFORCING USING ECO-FRIENDLY MORTAR COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to a seismic retrofit structure using an eco-friendly earthquake-proof mortar composition. The seismic retrofit structure of the present invention is used in existing reinforced concrete structures of a multi-family house using the eco-friendly earthquake-proof mortar composition, comprising: a plurality of anchor bolts provided on both ends of the surface of the reinforced concrete structure concave inward by trimming the surface until undamaged portions come out by chipping the surface of existing reinforced concrete structure; a fixing member connecting adjacent anchor bolts; a mortar coating part formed by applying a mortar composition so as to flatten the surface of the inwardly concave reinforced concrete structure so that the fixing member and the anchor bolt are not exposed to the outside of the reinforced concrete structure; a pillar installation block connected to a basement foundation part of the existing reinforced concrete structure; a plurality of segmented precast reinforced concrete pillars stacked and mounted on the upper surface of the pillar installation block; a prestressed precast reinforced concrete pillar having a PS steel material vertically strained at the top of the precast reinforced concrete pillar; and a plurality of segmented precast reinforced concrete beams mounted in a lattice between the prestressed precast reinforced concrete pillars.
본 발명은 친환경 내진형 모르타르 조성물을 이용하여 공동주택의 기존의 철근콘크리트 구조물에 사용되는 내진보강구조물에 있어서, 상기 기존의 철근콘크리트 구조물 표면을 치핑하여 손상되지 않은 부분이 나올 때까지 표면을 다듬은 후, 다듬어져 내측으로 오목한 철근콘크리트 구조물 표면의 양 끝단에 설치된 복수개의 앵커볼트(anchor bolt); 서로 이웃하는 앵커볼트를 연결하는 고정부재; 상기 고정부재와 상기 앵커볼트가 상기 철근콘크리트 구조물의 외측으로 노출되지 않도록 상기 내측으로 오목한 철근콘크리트 구조물의 표면을 평탄하도록 모르타르 조성물을 도포하여 형성된 모르타르코팅부; 상기 기존의 철근콘크리트 구조물의 지하 기초부에 연결하여 설치되는 기둥설치용 블록; 상기 기둥설치용 블록 상면에 적층하여 거치되는 다수 개로 분절된 프리캐스트 철근콘크리트기둥; 상기 프리캐스트 철근콘크리트기둥 상부에서 PS강재를 수직으로 긴장하여 구비된 프리스트레스트 프리캐스트 철근콘크리트기둥; 및 상기 프리스트레스트 프리캐스트 철근콘크리트기둥 사이에 격자상으로 다수 개 거치한 분절된 프리캐스트 철근콘크리트보;를 포함하는 친환경 내진형 모르타르 조성물을 이용한 내진보강구조에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a seismic retrofit structure using an eco-friendly earthquake-proof mortar composition.
