PC Stand-alone PC column joint
The present invention relates to a stand-alone PC column joint. When connecting the PC column to a base or a PC column and the other PC column at the top, there is no need for a separate temporary fixture bracket or fixture for vertical adjustment such as a wire rope. The stand-alone PC column joint of the present invention comprises: a plurality of receiving holes formed in the upper surface of a lower member to which the PC column is to be joined, formed with a receiving space having an upper opened portion, and formed with a female screw hole in the inner peripheral surface; a support bar provided in a packet portion formed at a position corresponding to the receiving hole at the lower end of the PC column, and composed of a body portion protruded to a lower portion of the PC column by being coupled to the top surface of the pocket portion, and a head portion received in the receiving space of the receiving hole by formed in a lower end of the body portion in an expanded manner; and a fixing tool formed with a through hole such that the body portion of the support bar penetrates therethrough, formed with a screw thread on the outer circumference, and screw coupled to the inside of the receiving hole to fix the head portion of the support bar.
본 발명은 PC 기둥과 기초 또는 PC 기둥과 상부의 다른 PC 기둥 접합시, 별도의 임시 고정용 버팀대와 같은 가지지시설이나 와이어 로프와 같은 수직도 조절을 위한 설치물이 필요 없는 자립형 PC 기둥 접합부에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 자립형 PC 기둥 접합부는 PC 기둥이 접합될 하부 부재의 상면에 매립되도록 구비되는 것으로 상부가 개방된 수용공간이 형성되고, 내주면에 암나사산이 형성된 복수의 수용구; 상기 PC 기둥 하단의 수용구와 대응되는 위치에 형성된 포켓부에 구비되는 것으로 상기 포켓부의 상면에 결합되어 PC 기둥의 하부로 돌출되는 몸체부 및 상기 몸체부의 하단에 확대 형성되어 상기 수용구의 수용공간 내부에 수용되는 헤드부로 구성되는 지지바; 및 중앙에 상기 지지바의 몸체부가 관통되도록 관통공이 형성되고, 외주면에 나사산이 형성되어 상기 수용구의 내부에 나사 결합되어 상기 지지바의 헤드부를 고정하는 고정구; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
