The present invention relates to a rotary dust collector with an excellent efficiency for removing a foreign matter from a bottom surface. More specifically, according to the present invention, the rotary dust collector with an excellent efficiency for removing a foreign matter from a bottom surface comprises a dust collector body and a forward screen, which are installed in a sewage treatment plant. A foreign matter transfer apparatus is installed on the front screen to transfer the foreign matter to the dust collector body. The foreign matter transfer apparatus comprises: a pair of guide panels having a stopper formed therein and gradually inclined to the dust collector body toward an upper part; a guide unit installed on the guide panel; and a transfer rake unit elevated by the transfer unit to elevate and supply the foreign matter disposed on the forward screen to the dust collector body. Accordingly, a transfer apparatus is disposed to transfer the foreign matter flowing with sewage to the dust collector body, such that the foreign matter filtered by the forward screen is transferred to the dust collector body through the transfer rake unit of the transfer apparatus without being stacked on the bottom of the sewage treatment plant, and thus efficiency in removing the foreign matter is increased, it is prevented that the foreign matter is stacked on the bottom part of the sewage treatment plant, and it is prevented that an existing troublesome problem to dissolve stagnation of sewage caused by the stacked foreign matter or to frequently remove the hardened foreign matter is generated.
본 발명은 저면부 협잡물 제거 효율이 우수한 로타리 제진기에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 하수처리장에 설치되는 제진기 본체와 전위스크린으로 이루어져 로타리 제진기로서, 상기 전위스크린에는 배치된 협잡물을 상기 제진기 본체로 이송시키도록 협잡물 이송장치가 더 설치되고, 상기 협잡물 이송장치는 가이드레일이 마련되고 스토퍼가 형성되며, 상향으로 갈수록 상기 제진기 본체 방향으로 경사지게 형성되는 한쌍의 안내패널; 상기 안내패널에 설치되는 이송부; 및 상기 이송부에 의해 승강되어 상기 전위스크린에 배치된 협잡물을 승강시켜 상기 제진기 본체에 공급하는 이송레이크부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 저면부 협잡물 제거 효율이 우수한 로타리 제진기를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 저면부 협잡물 제거 효율이 우수한 로타리 제진기는, 하수와 함께 유입되는 협잡물을 제진기 본체로 이동시키기 위해 이송장치를 마련하여, 전위스크린에 걸려진 협잡물이 하수처리장의 바닥에 쌓이지 않고 바로 이송장치의 이송레이크부를 통해 제진기 본체로 이동되도록 함으로써, 협잡물의 제거효율을 높이고 협잡물이 하수처리장의 저면부에 쌓이는 것을 방지할 수 있게 되며, 쌓인 협잡물에 의해 하수가 정체되거나 빈번하게 경화된 협잡물을 처리해야하는 번거로운 종래의 문제점이 생기는 것을 방지할 수 있게 된다.

The present invention relates to a rotary dust collector with an excellent efficiency for removing a foreign matter from a bottom surface. More specifically, according to the present invention, the rotary dust collector with an excellent efficiency for removing a foreign matter from a bottom surface comprises a dust collector body and a forward screen, which are installed in a sewage treatment plant. A foreign matter transfer apparatus is installed on the front screen to transfer the foreign matter to the dust collector body. The foreign matter transfer apparatus comprises: a pair of guide panels having a stopper formed therein and gradually inclined to the dust collector body toward an upper part; a guide unit installed on the guide panel; and a transfer rake unit elevated by the transfer unit to elevate and supply the foreign matter disposed on the forward screen to the dust collector body. Accordingly, a transfer apparatus is disposed to transfer the foreign matter flowing with sewage to the dust collector body, such that the foreign matter filtered by the forward screen is transferred to the dust collector body through the transfer rake unit of the transfer apparatus without being stacked on the bottom of the sewage treatment plant, and thus efficiency in removing the foreign matter is increased, it is prevented that the foreign matter is stacked on the bottom part of the sewage treatment plant, and it is prevented that an existing troublesome problem to dissolve stagnation of sewage caused by the stacked foreign matter or to frequently remove the hardened foreign matter is generated.
