REFRACTORY PANEL STRUCTURE FOR PREVENTING EXPLOSION OF HIGH STRENGTH CONCRETE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention provides a refractory panel structure for preventing explosion of high strength concrete, wherein a refractory panel is placed on one surface of a high strength concrete member, and the refractory panel has cement, blast furnace slag, organic fiber, and steel fiber, and provides a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the refractory panel structure for preventing explosion of high strength concrete has high fire resistance and high durability to be applied to a skyscraper and a large size structure.
본 발명은 고강도 콘크리트 부재, 상기 부재의 일면에 내화패널이 위치되고, 상기 내화패널은 시멘트, 고로슬래그 미분말, 유기섬유 및 강섬유를 포함하는 것인 고강도 콘크리트 폭렬방지용 내화패널 구조물 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 고강도 콘크리트 폭렬방지용 내화패널 구조물은 초고층건물 및 대형구조물에 적용 가능하도록 고내화성 및 고내구성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention provides a refractory panel structure for preventing explosion of high strength concrete, wherein a refractory panel is placed on one surface of a high strength concrete member, and the refractory panel has cement, blast furnace slag, organic fiber, and steel fiber, and provides a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the refractory panel structure for preventing explosion of high strength concrete has high fire resistance and high durability to be applied to a skyscraper and a large size structure.
본 발명은 고강도 콘크리트 부재, 상기 부재의 일면에 내화패널이 위치되고, 상기 내화패널은 시멘트, 고로슬래그 미분말, 유기섬유 및 강섬유를 포함하는 것인 고강도 콘크리트 폭렬방지용 내화패널 구조물 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 고강도 콘크리트 폭렬방지용 내화패널 구조물은 초고층건물 및 대형구조물에 적용 가능하도록 고내화성 및 고내구성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 한다.
