The present invention relates to a device for assembling a gasket to a window frame, and more specifically, to a gasket assembling device which can stably and firmly assemble a gasket to a window frame by moving the window frame using a conveying roller and a guide roller, pressing and assembling the gasket into a gasket groove formed in the window frame using a pressing roller, and stably supplying the gasket using a guide frame having a guide member. Moreover, the gasket assembling device according to the present invention can adjust height of the pressing roller pressing the gasket if the size of the window frame for assembling the gasket is changed, adjust the width of the guide roller for guiding a side of the window frame and the width of the guide frame for guiding the gasket, and also adjust an angle of the guide member of the guide frame, thereby enhancing work efficiency by easily controlling working environment even though the size of the window frame is changed.
본 발명은 창호프레임에 가스켓을 조립하는 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게 설명하면, 이송롤러와 가이드롤러를 이용하여 창호프레임을 이동시키고, 가압롤러를 이용하여 상기 창호프레임에 형성된 가스켓홈에 가스켓을 압입하여 조립할 뿐만 아니라 가이드부재를 구비하는 가이드프레임을 이용하여 안정적으로 가스켓을 공급함으로써, 창호프레임에 가스켓을 안정적이고 견고하게 조립할 수 있는 가스켓 조립장치에 관한 기술분야가 개시된다. 또한, 본 발명은 가스켓 조립을 위한 창호프레임의 크기가 변경될 경우, 가스켓을 압입하는 가압롤러의 높이를 조절하고, 창호프레임의 측면을 가이드하는 가이드롤러의 폭과 가스켓을 가이드하는 가이드프레임의 폭을 조절함과 동시에 가이드프레임의 가이드부재의 각도를 조절하여 창호프레임의 크기가 변경되어도 쉽게 작업환경을 조절할 수 있어 작업효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
