The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a prop of a street lamp installed on the road or on the promenade. More specifically, the apparatus for manufacturing a prop of a street lamp comprises: a pair of vertical frames fixated to the ground; a horizontal frame having both ends fixated to an upper end of each vertical frame; a moving frame fastened to the horizontal frame and moving in a horizontal direction along the horizontal frame; an impregnation unit mounted on the moving frame to move together with the moving frame and impregnating filament yarn with resin; and a guide unit guiding the filament yarn that has passed through the impregnation unit, wherein a round bar-shaped mandrel is installed on the pair of vertical frames while having both ends installed on the vertical frame to be able to rotate such that, when the filament yarn is supplied to the mandrel through the guide unit while the mandrel is rotated, the filament yarn is wound around an outer peripheral surface of the mandrel. According to the present invention, an apparatus for manufacturing a prop of a street lamp is capable of performing winding in the direction parallel to a longitudinal direction of a mandrel as well as winding in a diagonal or spiral shape with respect to a longitudinal direction of a mandrel such that it is possible to manufacture products with different sensation and it is easy to manufacture products by classifying robustness according to an intended use.
본 발명은 도로변 또는 산책로에 설치되는 가로등 지주 제작장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 지면에 고정되어 있는 한 쌍의 수직프레임과, 상기 수직프레임의 상단에 양단이 고정되어 있는 수평프레임과, 상기 수평프레임에 체결되어 수평프레임을 따라 수평방향으로 이동하는 이동프레임과, 상기 이동프레임에 장착되어 이동프레임과 함께 이동하되, 필라멘트사에 레진을 함침시키도록 설치되어 있는 함침부와, 상기 함침부를 통과한 필라멘트사를 안내하는 가이드부로 이루어져 있되, 상기 한 쌍의 수직프레임에는 양단이 회전가능하도록 설치되어 있는 환봉 형상의 맨드렐이 장착되어 있어, 상기 맨드렐이 회전구동하는 동시에 상기 가이드부를 통해 맨드렐에 필라멘트사를 공급하게 되면 맨드렐의 외주연에는 필라멘트사가 와인딩되는 것이 특징인 가로등 지주 제작장치에 관한 것이다.상술한 바와 같이 가로등 지주 제작장치는 맨드렐의 길이방향에 대하여 사선 또는 나선형상으로 와인딩하는 작업뿐만 아니라 맨드렐의 길이방향에 나란한 방향으로 와인딩함으로써 다양한 느낌의 제품을 제작할 수 있으며, 사용처에 따라 견고성을 분류하여 제작하기 용이하다는 등의 현저한 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a prop of a street lamp installed on the road or on the promenade. 본 발명은 도로변 또는 산책로에 설치되는 가로등 지주 제작장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 지면에 고정되어 있는 한 쌍의 수직프레임과, 상기 수직프레임의 상단에 양단이 고정되어 있는 수평프레임과, 상기 수평프레임에 체결되어 수평프레임을 따라 수평방향으로 이동하는 이동프레임과, 상기 이동프레임에 장착되어 이동프레임과 함께 이동하되, 필라멘트사에 레진을 함침시키도록 설치되어 있는 함침부와, 상기 함침부를 통과한 필라멘트사를 안내하는 가이드부로 이루어져 있되, 상기 한 쌍의 수직프레임에는 양단이 회전가능하도록 설치되어 있는 환봉 형상의 맨드렐이 장착되어 있어, 상기 맨드렐이 회전구동하는 동시에 상기 가이드부를 통해 맨드렐에 필라멘트사를 공급하게 되면 맨드렐의 외주연에는 필라멘트사가 와인딩되는 것이 특징인 가로등 지주 제작장치에 관한 것이다.상술한 바와 같이 가로등 지주 제작장치는 맨드렐의 길이방향에 대하여 사선 또는 나선형상으로 와인딩하는 작업뿐만 아니라 맨드렐의 길이방향에 나란한 방향으로 와인딩함으로써 다양한 느낌의 제품을 제작할 수 있으며, 사용처에 따라 견고성을 분류하여 제작하기 용이하다는 등의 현저한 효과가 있다.
