Hypothetical wall for elevator construction
The present invention relates to a temporary wall for elevator construction which prevents falling objects and noise from being shifted to an adjacent elevator pit. According to the present invention, the temporary wall for elevator construction comprises: a plurality of frames formed by hollow rectangular pipes, wherein a first surface is fixed and installed on a pit structure to be vertically continuous along an elevator pit while being separated from each other in a horizontal direction of an H-beam; and soundproof panels continuously fixed and installed on the frames. The frame includes: a plurality of panel fixing units which have a bar structure with a circular cross section, and are bent into an L-shape to be separated at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction of a second surface facing the first surface to be fixed and installed; and a plurality of support units arranged and formed between the panel fixing units of the second surface. The soundproof panel includes: a plurality of convex units which are panels of a metallic material and are vertically separated at regular intervals to protrude towards a rear surface; a coupling unit formed through the convex units to be coupled to the panel fixing units; a plurality of concave units protruding towards a front surface between the convex units; and a sound-absorbing unit attached and formed across the entire front surface.
본 발명은 엘리베이터 공사용 가설벽을 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 엘리베이터 공사용 가설벽은 중공의 각형관으로 형성되고, 상기 H 빔의 수평방향으로 상호 이격된 상태로 엘리베이터 피트를 따라 수직방향으로 연속되도록 제 1 면이 피트 구조물에 고정 설치되는 복수의 프레임; 및 상기 프레임에 연속적으로 고정 설치되는 방음패널; 을 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 프레임은, 단면이 원형인 봉 구조로 'ㄴ' 형태로 절곡 형성되어 상기 제 1 면과 대향되는 제 2 면의 길이방향을 따라 일정간격 이격되어 고정 설치되는 복수의 패널고정부와, 상기 제 2 면의 상기 패널 고정부 사이에 배치 형성되는 복수의 지지부를 포함하고, 상기 방음패널은, 금속재의 판넬로 수직방향으로 일정 간격 이격되어 후면 방향으로 돌출형성되는 복수의 볼록부와, 상기 볼록부에 관통 형성되어 고정패널부에 결합되는 결합부와, 상기 볼록부 사이의 전면 방향으로 돌출 형성되는 복수의 오목부와, 상기 전면 전체에 걸쳐 부착 형성되는 흡음부를 포함하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
