WALL TYPE FOOTING OF PRECAST CONCRETE STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING THIS SAME
The present invention relates to a wall-type foundation of a precast concrete structure and a method for building the same. An object of the present invention is to build a rigid foundation by means of binding between a precast concrete structure such as a soundproof wall foundation and a retaining wall and an underground pile and binding between neighboring precast concrete structures so that a structure improved in terms of durability and safety can be built. The wall-type foundation of a precast concrete structure according to the present invention includes multiple piles (10) buried under the ground such that head portions protrude above the ground at a predetermined distance from each other; a pile composite portion (20) formed to have a groove open toward a bottom portion in a precast concrete structure (retaining wall, soundproof wall foundation, or the like) and integrally synthesized with mortar after the head portion of the pile is inserted into the groove; height adjusting means (40) installed on the upper surface of the pile and adjusting the height of the precast concrete structure through adjustment of the height of the pile composite portion; and a binding reinforcing bar (30) laid across the pile and the pile composite portion and binding the pile, the pile composite portion, and the precast concrete structure. The binding reinforcing bar includes a floor binding portion (31) embedded on a ground surface and synthesized with mortar poured on the ground surface or mortar poured between the ground surface and the bottom surface of the precast concrete structure and a pile binding portion (32) extending upward from the floor binding portion, fixed to the groove of the pile, and mortar-synthesized in the pile composite portion.
본 발명은 프리캐스트 콘크리트 구조물의 직벽형 기초 및 이 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 방음벽 기초, 옹벽 등 프리캐스트 콘크리트 구조물과 지중 파일 간의 결속 및 이웃하는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 구조물 간의 결속을 통하여 강성의 기초를 시공함으로써 내구성과 안정성을 향상한 구조물을 시공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.본 발명에 의한 프리캐스트 콘크리트 구조물의 직벽형 기초는, 상호 간에 일정 거리를 두고 두부가 지상 위로 돌출되도록 지중 매설되는 다수의 파일(10)과; 프리캐스트 콘크리트 구조물(옹벽, 방음벽 기초 등)에 저부를 향해 개방되는 홈을 갖도록 형성되며 상기 홈에 상기 파일의 두부가 삽입된 후 몰탈을 통해 일체로 합성되는 파일 합성부(20)와; 상기 파일의 상면에 설치되며 상기 파일 합성부의 높이 조절을 통해 상기 프리캐스트 콘크리트 구조물의 높이를 조절하는 높이조절수단(40)과; 상기 파일과 상기 파일 합성부에 걸쳐 배근되어 상기 파일과 상기 파일 합성부 및 상기 프리캐스트 콘크리트 구조물을 결속하는 결속 철근(30)을 포함하며, 상기 결속 철근은 지면에 배근되어 지면에 타설되는 몰탈이나 상기 프리캐스트 콘크리트 구조물의 저면과 지면 사이에 타설되는 몰탈과 합성되는 바닥 결속부(31) 및 상기 바닥 결속부에서 상부를 향해 연장 형성되며 상기 파일의 홈에 고정되는 한편 상기 파일 합성부 안에서 몰탈로 합성되는 파일 결속부(32)를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a wall-type foundation of a precast concrete structure and a method for building the same.
