An asphalt concrete manufacturing method for repairing a manhole includes the steps of: heating an asphalt container filled with asphalt by a first heater in which the asphalt container is installed; placing the heated asphalt on the top surface of a thermo tank, and agitating the asphalt by an agitator while continuously heating the asphalt by a second heater to maintain the temperature of the asphalt at a certain level; pouring mixed aggregates consisting of aggregates coated by asphalt and calcium oxide powder into a mixing tank; heating the mixing tank by a third heater so that the temperature of the mixed aggregates can reach a certain level; adjusting a discharge part installed on the bottom surface of the thermo tank so that a fixed amount of asphalt can be poured into the mixed tank through the discharge part; and mixing the asphalt and the mixed aggregates in the mixed tank. It is possible to quickly manufacture and supply asphalt concrete used to repair the manhole.
본 발명은, 도로 보수용 아스콘의 제조방법에 있어서, (a) 아스팔트가 들어 있는 아스팔트통이 제1히터의 내부에 설치되어 가열되는 단계; (b) 일정 모양의 박스 형태로 오픈된 면이 상기 제1히터의 밑에 위치되도록 설치되는 보온탱크의 상면 위로 가열된 아스팔트가 투입되고 투입된 아스팔트가 일정온도로 계속 유지되도록 상기 보온탱크의 외측면에 설치된 제2히터로 계속 가열하면서 상기 보온탱크의 상면에 설치된 교반기로 아스팔트를 교반하는 단계; (c) 일방향으로 회전되는 교반부가 내부에 설치되고 상면이 오픈된 탱크 형상으로 상면이 상기 보온탱크의 하면 밑에 위치하도록 설치된 혼합탱크에 아스팔트가 표면에 코팅되어 있는 골재 및 생석회 분말로 구성되는 혼합골재를 투입하는 단계; (d) 상기 혼합탱크의 일측에 설치된 온도계에 의해서 측정된 상기 혼합탱크의 혼합골재 온도가 일정온도에 도달되도록 상기 혼합탱크의 일측에 설치된 제3히터로 가열하는 단계; (e) 상기 (d)단계 후 상기 보온탱크의 하면에 설치된 배출부를 통해 상기 혼합탱크 내부로 일정량의 아스팔트가 투입되도록 상기 배출부를 조절하는 단계; 및, (f) 상기 단계 후 상기 혼합탱크의 아스팔트와 혼합골재를 혼합하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 혼합탱크는, 저면부 상에 구비되는 소정의 지지부; 상기 지지부가 거치되는 소정의 베이스몸체부; 상기 베이스몸체부 상에서 상기 지지부의 둘레부 적어도 일부에 접하도록 구비되어 상기 지지부를 고정시키는 적어도 한 쌍의 고정모듈을 포함하며, 상기 고정모듈은, 상기 베이스몸체부 상에서 설정범위로 이동되어 상기 지지부에 접하도록 구비되는 바닥부와, 상기 바닥부의 상방에 구비되며 상호간에 슬라이딩 방식으로 유동되어 상기 지지부에 접촉되는 복수의 구조물로 이루어진 유동체를 포함하는 도로 보수용 아스콘 제조방법을 제공한다. 따라서, 맨홀 보수용 아스콘을 보다 안정적으로 생산하여 품질 저하요인을 제거할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
