The earthquake resistant reinforcement method using earthquake-proof construction apparatus
Disclosed is an aseismic retrofitting method of an apartment comprising the steps of: installing first and second horizontal reinforcing members to the outside of upper and lower inner surfaces of an opening of the apartment, respectively, and installing a first pressing member between the first and second horizontal reinforcing members to press the first and second horizontal reinforcing members against the upper and lower sides of the opening; and installing first and second vertical reinforcing members to the outside of left and right inner surfaces of the opening of the apartment, respectively, and installing a second pressing member between the first and second vertical reinforcing members to press the first and second vertical reinforcing members against the upper and lower sides of the opening. The first and second vertical reinforcing members are subjected to a pollution resistance process by a surface treatment device. Therefore, it is installed in the opening of the concrete apartment to increase an internal force against a deformation force applied by a horizontal load which is caused by earthquake or typhoon, and thus to prevent the apartment from being deteriorated. In particular, since at least a portion of the respective components has improved pollution resistance by the surface treatment process, it is possible to easily maintain the components before or after installation.
본 발명은, 아파트 건물에 개구부의 수평방향의 상하 내측면에 각각 외측에 제 1수평보강부재와 제 2수평 보강부재를 각각 설치하고, 제 1,2수평보강부재들의 사이에 제 1가압부재를 설치하여 제 1,2수평보강부재를 건물 개구부의 상하 측면에 가압된 상태로 밀착시키는 제 1,2수평보강부재 설치단계; 및 아파트 건물에 개구부의 수직방향의 좌우 내측면에 각각 외측에 제1수직보강부재와 제 2수직보강부재를 각각 설치하고, 제 1,2수직보강부재들의 사이에 제 2가압부재를 설치하여 제 1,2수직보강부재를 아파트 건물개구부의 상하 측면에 가압된 상태로 밀착시키는 제 1,2수직보강부재 설치단계를 포함하며, 상기 제 제 2수직 보강부재는 표면처리 가공수단을 통해 오염방지 가공처리된 아파트 건물의 내진보강공법을 제공한다.따라서, 아파트 건물 특히, 콘크리트 아파트 건물의 개구부에 설치되어 지진 및 태풍 등에 의한 수평하중에 의한 변형력에 의한 내력을 상승시킬 수 있으며, 나아가서는 아파트 건물이 약화되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 특히나 각 구성물의 적어도 일부가 표면처리 가공을 통해 오염방지 내성이 강화되어, 설치 전 유지 보수는 물론 설치 후의 유지 보수 관리가 용이한 내진보강장치를 이용한 아파트 건물의 내진보강공법을 제공할 수 있다.
