Junction Structure of vibration control damper for seismic reinforce of building
The present invention relates to a frame assembly for installing a vibration damper for an aseismic retrofitting apartment, comprising: a plurality of anchor bolts inserted in a plurality of openings perforated on a chipped surface which is formed by chipping existing concrete, and being provided in pair on upper and lower portions in a state of being spaced apart from each; a base plate supported by the chipped surface, in which the anchor bolts are inserted and fixed to a plurality of openings arranged on a center of the base plate; a buffer member interposed between the chipped surface and the base plate and having a size corresponding to the chipped surface, and being provided with a plurality of openings corresponding to the anchor bolts to receive the anchor bolt therein; a wire rope for connecting the anchor bolts protruding from an upper portion of the buffer member; a damper frame spaced apart from the base plate, and provided with a plurality of openings corresponding to the openings of the base plate, through which the anchor bolts pass; an epoxy member provided between the chipped surface and the base plate; a filler provided in a space between the base plate and the damper frame; a vibration control damper connected to the damper frame; and a plurality of connected braces for connecting the vibration control damper and the damper frame.
본 발명은 기존콘크리트를 치핑하여 구비된 치핑면 상에서 천공된 다수의 개구에 삽입 구비되되 상부 및 하부에서 서로 이격되어 한쌍으로 구비되는 복수개의 앵커볼트; 상기 치핑면에 지지되며 상기 앵커볼트가 몸체 중앙에 어레이된 다수의 개구에 관통 고정되고 굴곡이 형성된 베이스플레이트; 상기 치핑면과 상기 베이스플레이트 사이에 개재되고, 상기 치핑면에 대응하는 크기로 구비되어 상기 앵커볼트가 삽입되도록 상기 앵커볼트에 대응되는 다수개의 개구를 구비하며 탄성을 갖는 판상형의 버퍼부재; 상기 버퍼부재의 상부에 돌출된 상기 복수개의 앵커볼트를 연결하는 와이어로프; 상기 베이스플레이트와 이격 구비되고, 상기 베이스플레이트의 개구와 대응되도록 몸체에 형성된 다수의 개구에 상기 앵커볼트가 관통되는 연결되는 댐퍼프레임; 상기 치핑면과 베이스플레이트 사이에 인입되어 일체화시키는 에폭시부재; 상기 베이스플레이트와 댐퍼프레임 사이의 공간에 인입되어 일체화시키는 충진재; 상기 댐퍼프레임에 연결되는 제진댐퍼; 및 상기 제진댐퍼와 상기 댐퍼프레임을 연결하는 복수개의 연결된 브레이스; 를 포함하는 공동주택의 내진보강을 위한 제진댐퍼 설치프레임 조립체에 관한 것이다.
