CABLELESS VERTICAL CONVEYING APPARATUS INSTALLED AT SCAFFOLDING
The present invention relates to a cableless vertical conveying apparatus installed on a scaffold that is installed on a constructed scaffold, thereby providing easy installation, and does not need any power cable, thereby reducing installation cost. According to the present invention, the cableless vertical conveying apparatus includes: rails (10) stacked connectably up and down in state of being connected to power and having a rack gear (11) disposed thereon; a basket (20) disposed on the rails (10) in such a manner as to be ascendable and descendable by means of rotation of a motor (50) to transfer a worker or object; a controller (30) disposed on one side of the basket (20) transferred by the rotation of the motor (50) to control the ascending/descending operations of the basket (20); a brush (40) connected to the rails (10) to which the power is connected to supply the power to the motor (50); the motor (50) for transmitting a rotary force to operate the basket (20) through a gear operation; and a pinion gear (60) for receiving the rotary force from the motor (50) to allow the basket (20) to be ascended and descended along the rack gear (11) disposed on the rails (10), whereby the cableless vertical conveying apparatus is installed on a constructed scaffold (100), thereby providing easy installation, and does not need any power cable, thereby reducing installation cost.
본 발명은 랙기어(11)가 형성되고 전원이 연결된 상태로 상하 연결가능하게 적층설치되는 레일(10)과, 상기 레일(10)상에서 모터구동에 의해 전동으로 승강가능하게 설치되어 사람이나 짐을 상부로 이송시키기 위한 바스켓(20)과, 모터구동에 의해 이송되는 바스켓(20)의 일측에 설치되어 바스켓(20)의 승강작동을 제어하는 컨트롤러(30)와, 전동에 의해 승강작동하는 바스켓(20)의 컨트롤러(30)와 모터에 전원이 공급되도록 전원이 연결된 레일(10)과 접속되는 브러시(40)와, 기어작동에 의해 바스켓(20)을 승강작동시키기 위한 회전력을 전달하는 모터부(50)와, 상기 모터부(50)에 의한 회전력을 전달받아 레일(10)에 형성된 랙기어(11)를 타고 바스켓(20)이 승강작동하게 하는 피니언기어(60)로 구성되어 시공된 비계(100)에 상하 조립식으로 이송장치를 설치함으로써 설치가 용이하면서도 전력케이블의 설치없이 안전하면서도 설치비용을 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
