Apparatus For Connecting Steel Reinforcing Of Concrete Wall
Provided is a rebar connection apparatus for a concrete wall to maintain a coating thickness, capable of strongly connecting rebars connected to each other. According to the present invention, the rebar connection apparatus comprises: a rebar having a node and a protrusion; a spacer disposed between the rebar and a mold to maintain a gap between the rebar and the mold so as to maintain a coating thickness, and including a fixing groove fixing both end parts to the rebar and the mold, respectively; a fixing fitting fixing the mold and the spacer; a coupler formed with upper and lower coupling tools; and an insertion tool inserting an end part of the coupler thereinto, having one internal end part formed in a conical shape to increase friction to the rebar, and including an insertion body formed on the outer surface to insert the spacer thereinto.
본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 피복두께를 유지하는 콘크리트 벽체용 철근 연결장치는 콘크리트 벽체 시공에 사용되는 거푸집과 철근의 연결에 있어서, 마디와 돌기를 가지는 철근과, 상기 철근과 거푸집 사이에 구비되어 상기 철근과 거푸집 사이의 간격을 유지함에 따라 피복두께를 유지시키며, 양단부가 상기 철근과 상기 거푸집에 각각 고정되도록 고정홈을 구비하는 간격재와, 다수의 상기 거푸집 사이로 관통되는 상기 간격재의 고정홈에 결합되어 상기 거푸집과 상기 간격재를 고정시키는 고정철물과, 상기 철근의 일부를 내포하여 상부에서 결합하도록 반원통형관의 형태인 상부결합체를 구비하면서 상기 상부결합체의 일단부에서 직경이 작아지도록 연장되어 반원뿔형태로 형성되는 상부수용체를 구비하며, 내주면으로 상기 철근의 돌기와 대응되게 형성되어 상기 돌기와의 마찰력을 증가시키는 걸림홈이 등간격으로 형성되는 상부결합구와, 상기 상부결합구와 대응되는 형상으로 형성됨에 따라 상기 철근의 일부를 내포하여 하부에서 결합하도록 반원통형관의 형태인 하부결합체를 구비하면서 일단부는 직경이 작아지는 반원뿔형태로 형성되는 하부수용체를 구비하며, 내주면으로 상기 철근의 돌기와 대응되는 상기 걸림홈이 등간격으로 형성되는 하부결합구로 형성되는 결합구와, 상기 결합구의 단부가 삽입되며 상기 철근과의 마찰력을 증가시키도록 내부의 일단부가 원뿔형상으로 형성되며, 외측면으로 상기 간격재가 삽입되는 삽입체를 구비하는 삽입구를 구비하고, 상기 삽입구는 상기 철근이 관통되도록 내부가 개방되어 형성됨에 따라 상기 거푸집과 상기 철근의 간격을 조절할 수 있다.

본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 피복두께를 유지하는 콘크리트 벽체용 철근 연결장치는 콘크리트 벽체 시공에 사용되는 거푸집과 철근의 연결에 있어서, 마디와 돌기를 가지는 철근과, 상기 철근과 거푸집 사이에 구비되어 상기 철근과 거푸집 사이의 간격을 유지함에 따라 피복두께를 유지시키며, 양단부가 상기 철근과 상기 거푸집에 각각 고정되도록 고정홈을 구비하는 간격재와, 다수의 상기 거푸집 사이로 관통되는 상기 간격재의 고정홈에 결합되어 상기 거푸집과 상기 간격재를 고정시키는 고정철물과, 상기 철근의 일부를 내포하여 상부에서 결합하도록 반원통형관의 형태인 상부결합체를 구비하면서 상기 상부결합체의 일단부에서 직경이 작아지도록 연장되어 반원뿔형태로 형성되는 상부수용체를 구비하며, 내주면으로 상기 철근의 돌기와 대응되게 형성되어 상기 돌기와의 마찰력을 증가시키는 걸림홈이 등간격으로 형성되는 상부결합구와, 상기 상부결합구와 대응되는 형상으로 형성됨에 따라 상기 철근의 일부를 내포하여 하부에서 결합하도록 반원통형관의 형태인 하부결합체를 구비하면서 일단부는 직경이 작아지는 반원뿔형태로 형성되는 하부수용체를 구비하며, 내주면으로 상기 철근의 돌기와 대응되는 상기 걸림홈이 등간격으로 형성되는 하부결합구로 형성되는 결합구와, 상기 결합구의 단부가 삽입되며 상기 철근과의 마찰력을 증가시키도록 내부의 일단부가 원뿔형상으로 형성되며, 외측면으로 상기 간격재가 삽입되는 삽입체를 구비하는 삽입구를 구비하고, 상기 삽입구는 상기 철근이 관통되도록 내부가 개방되어 형성됨에 따라 상기 거푸집과 상기 철근의 간격을 조절할 수 있다.
