The present invention relates to a method for repairing a crack of a building outer wall and a V cutting device for the repairing method. The repairing method comprises: a worker positioning step of arranging a worker in a correct position on a building outer wall for repairing cracks by using two rows of ropes; a V cutting device setting step of arranging a V cutting device, which shares the ropes with the worker, between the worker and the outer wall; a V cutting step of forming a V cutting groove along a crack part by operating the V cutting device; a putty filling step of filling a putty inside the V cutting groove; a primer applying step of applying a primer along the V cutting groove after the completion of putty filling; a fiber sheet attaching step of attaching a non-woven fabric fiber sheet on the applied primer layer; and a waterproofing liquid coating step of applying a waterproofing solution to the fiber sheet. The method for repairing a crack of a building outer wall according to the present invention can greatly improve the overall repair quality by performing V cutting on a crack part of the outer wall of a building. In addition, the V cutting device for the repairing method can be easily handled by being supported by a rope and descending together with a worker. In particular, the present invention is effective and enables precise repair by forming a V cutting groove which does not deviate from a crack line due to excellent following properties of a cutter for cracks.
본 발명은 건물외벽 균열 보수공법 및 상기 보수공법을 위한 V커팅장치에 관한 것이다. 상기 보수공법은, 균열의 보수를 진행하기 위한 건물 외벽에, 두 줄의 로프를 이용하여 작업자를 정위치시키는 작업자정위치단계와; 작업자와 함께 상기 로프를 공유하는 V커팅장치를 작업자와 외벽 사이에 배치하는 V커팅장치세팅단계와; 상기 V커팅장치를 작동시켜 균열부위를 따라 V커팅홈을 형성하는 V커팅단계와; V커팅홈내부에 퍼티를 충전하는 퍼티충전단계와; 퍼티충전이 완료된 후 V커팅홈을 따라 프라이머를 도포하는 프라이머도포단계와; 도포된 프라이머층 위에 부직포 섬유시트를 부착하는 섬유시트부착단계와; 상기 섬유시트에 방수액을 도포하는 방수액도도포단계를 포함한다. 상기와 같이 이루어지는 본 발명의 건물외벽 균열 보수공법은, 건물 외벽의 균열부위에 대한 V커팅을 수행함으로써 전체적인 보수품질을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 상기 보수공법을 위한 V커팅장치는, 로프에 지지되어 작업자와 함께 하강하므로 손쉽게 취급할 수 있으며, 특히 균열에 대한 커터의 추종성이 뛰어나 균열라인을 벗어나지 않는 V커팅홈을 형성하므로 효과적이고 정밀한 보수를 가능하게 한다.

The present invention relates to a method for repairing a crack of a building outer wall and a V cutting device for the repairing method. 본 발명은 건물외벽 균열 보수공법 및 상기 보수공법을 위한 V커팅장치에 관한 것이다. 상기 보수공법은, 균열의 보수를 진행하기 위한 건물 외벽에, 두 줄의 로프를 이용하여 작업자를 정위치시키는 작업자정위치단계와; 작업자와 함께 상기 로프를 공유하는 V커팅장치를 작업자와 외벽 사이에 배치하는 V커팅장치세팅단계와; 상기 V커팅장치를 작동시켜 균열부위를 따라 V커팅홈을 형성하는 V커팅단계와; V커팅홈내부에 퍼티를 충전하는 퍼티충전단계와; 퍼티충전이 완료된 후 V커팅홈을 따라 프라이머를 도포하는 프라이머도포단계와; 도포된 프라이머층 위에 부직포 섬유시트를 부착하는 섬유시트부착단계와; 상기 섬유시트에 방수액을 도포하는 방수액도도포단계를 포함한다. 상기와 같이 이루어지는 본 발명의 건물외벽 균열 보수공법은, 건물 외벽의 균열부위에 대한 V커팅을 수행함으로써 전체적인 보수품질을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 상기 보수공법을 위한 V커팅장치는, 로프에 지지되어 작업자와 함께 하강하므로 손쉽게 취급할 수 있으며, 특히 균열에 대한 커터의 추종성이 뛰어나 균열라인을 벗어나지 않는 V커팅홈을 형성하므로 효과적이고 정밀한 보수를 가능하게 한다.
