The present invention relates to a crack repairing method for repairing a structure crack using a chemical liquid injection device, the method comprising: a structure crack chemical liquid injection device preparing step of preparing a chemical liquid injection device for a structure crack including an injection hole, a chemical liquid injection means, a chemical liquid injection line, and a chemical liquid control means; a chemical liquid injection hole installing step of installing at least one chemical liquid injection hole by perforating a hole in a crack of the structure to be repaired; an injection packer assembly step of assembling an injection packer of the chemical liquid injection line to the chemical liquid injection hole; a chemical liquid control means installation step of installing a chemical liquid control means to sense the flow or pressure of a chemical liquid in the chemical liquid injection line; a chemical liquid filling step of filling a chemical liquid injector connected to the chemical liquid injection line with a chemical liquid; a chemical liquid injection step of injecting a chemical liquid into the crack of the structure through the chemical liquid injection line by operating the chemical liquid injector; a chemical liquid injection completion step of controlling the injection packer of the chemical liquid by controlling the chemical liquid injection line according to an input signal of the chemical liquid control means installed in the chemical liquid injection line; a curing step of curing the chemical liquid injected into the crack of the structure for a predetermined period of time to cure the chemical liquid; and an arrangement step of arranging the surface after cutting the injection packer of the chemical liquid injection line when the curing of the chemical liquid is completed.
본 발명은 구조물 크랙의 약액 주입장치를 이용한 크랙 보수공법에 관한 것으로서, 주입구, 약액주입수단, 약액주입라인, 약액 제어수단을 포함하는 구조물 크랙의 약액 주입장치를 준비하는 구조물 크랙의 약액 주입장치의 준비단계; 보수할 구조물의 크랙에 구멍을 천공하여 적어도 하나 이상의 약액주입구를 설치하는 약액주입구 설치단계; 상기 약액주입구에 약액주입라인의 주입 패커를 조립하는 주입 패커 조립단계: 상기 약액주입라인에 약액의 흐름 또는 압력을 감지할 수 있도록 약액 제어수단을 설치하는 약액 제어수단 설치단계; 상기 약액주입라인과 연결되는 약액주입기에 약액을 충전하는 약액 충전단계: 상기 약액주입기를 작동시켜 약액주입라인을 통해 구조물의 크랙에 약액을 주입하는 약액 주입단계: 상기 약액주입라인에 설치된 약액 제어수단의 입력신호에 따라 각각의 약액주입라인을 단속하며 약액의 주입을 완료하는 약액 주입완료단계: 구조물의 크랙에 주입된 약액이 경화되도록 일정시간 동안 양생하는 양생단계: 약액의 양생이 완료되면 약액주입라인의 주입패커를 절단 후 표면을 정리하는 정리단계;를 포함한다.
