The present invention relates to a sensing information management system based on an application of an environment-friendly concrete block into which a sensor is inserted. 본 발명은 센서가 인서트된 친환경 콘크리트블록의 앱기반 감지 정보 관리시스템에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 친환경 콘크리트 블록 상에 식물이 식생할 수 있는 일정한 크기를 가지는 식생홀이 일정 간격으로 타공된 타공판을 다수 형성하고 있으며, 콘크리트 블록 상에 센서를 인서트하여 센서에서 감지된 감지 신호를 친환경콘크리트블록정보관리서버로 제공함으로써, 실시간으로 이상 유무를 분석하고, 이상 발생시 즉각적으로 담당자단말기로 해당 이상 정보를 제공하며, 담당자단말기를 통해 이벤트 동작 신호를 시설물에 제공하여 해당 이상에 대하여 신속한 조치를 취할 수 있도록 하기 위한 센서가 인서트된 친환경 콘크리트블록의 앱기반 감지 정보 관리시스템에 관한 것이다.
