The present invention relates to an eco-friendly vegetative soil mesh bag and a manufacturing method for the same. The eco-friendly vegetative soil mesh bag is advantageous to environment by having vegetation and sufficiently providing a load necessary to build a retaining wall or an embankment in a steel mesh bag. Also, the eco-friendly vegetative soil mesh bag can help reduce production costs and constructability. In other words, according to the present invention, the eco-friendly vegetative soil mesh bag comprises the steel mesh bag (100) formed in the shape of a square box type hexahedron. After a front plate, a rear plate, a left plate, a right plate, an upper plate, and a lower plate (110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160) formed of steel mesh woven of steel wire of a fixed thickness correspond to each sides, the front plate, the rear plate, the left plate, the right plate, the upper plate, and the lower plate (110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160) are bound by a ring type clip (190) at a part in which the front plate, the rear plate, the left plate, the right plate, the upper plate, and the lower plate (110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160) comes into contact with each other. The eco-friendly vegetative soil mesh individually includes a screen (200) for earth retaining on the inner side of at least four or more among the front plate, the rear plate, the left plate, the right plate, the upper plate, and the lower plate (110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160) of the steel mesh bag (100). The screen (200) for earth retaining permits drainage of water and has a predetermined rate of strength and a support force at same time. Also, the screen (200) for earth retaining can effectively block the outflow of the soil. An inner space of the steel mesh bag (100) is installed as the screen (200) for earth retaining is individually attached to the four or more among the inner surfaces. The inner space of the steel mesh bag (100) is filled with soil and stone including sand generated in a construction field. So, the eco-friendly vegetative soil mesh bag can perform a role of the vegetative soil mesh bag (A).
본 발명은 철망태속에 옹벽이나 제방 등의 축조에 필요한 하중은 충분히 제공하면서도 식생이 가능하여 환경에 유리할 뿐 아니라 시공성과 원가절감에도 크게 도움이 되는 친환경 식생용 흙망태 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 본 발명은 일정한 굵기의 철선으로 역어진 철망으로 만들어진 전, 후, 좌, 우, 상, 하판(110,120,130,140,150,160)을 각 방면에 대응시킨 후 서로 접하는 각 부위에 고리형 클립(190)으로 결속하여 사각박스형 육면체로된 철망태(100)르 구성하는 것과; 상기 철망태(100)의 전,후,좌,우,상,하판(110,120,130,140,150,160) 중 최소 4곳 이상의 내면에는 일정한 정도의 강도와 지지력을 갖추는 동시에 물의 배수는 허용하지만 흙의 외부유출은 효과적인 차단이 가능한 흙막이용 가림막(200)을 각각 게재한 것과; 내면 중 4개 이상에 흙막이용 가림막(200)이 각각 밀착되어 게재된 상기 철망태(100)의 내부 공간에는 시공현장에서 발생되는 흙을 포함하는 토석을 채워서 식생용 흙망태(A)로서의 역할이 가능토록 한 것이다.
