Improved Clay bricks
A manufacturing method of a clay brick according to the present invention comprises: a clay making process of mixing clay, red clay, china clay, and silica in a predetermined ratio; a shaping process of shaping the mixture so as to correspond to the shape of a clay brick to be manufactured; a drying process for removing moisture; and a baking process of baking the same at 1,100 or 1,300 deg. C. The manufacturing method of a clay brick also comprises at least one among a process of mixing a Zion pigment in the clay making process and a process of applying the Zion pigment in the drying process.
본 발명에 따른 점토벽돌의 제조 방법은 점토, 황토, 고령토 및 규사를 소정의 비율로 혼합하는 제토공정, 제조하고자 하는 점토벽돌의 형상에 맞게 성형하는 성형공정, 수분의 제거를 위한 건조공정 및 섭씨 1100도 내지 1300도에서 소성시키는 소성공정을 포함하며, 상기 제토공정에서 시온안료를 혼합하는 공정 내지 상기 건조공정에서 시온안료를 도포하는 공정 중 적어도 어느 하나의 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
