Method of measuring inclination slope of bathroom floor
The present invention relates to a method to measure an inclination of a floor of a toilet and a bathroom, capable of maximizing drainage efficiency of a drain. According to the present invention, the method to measure an inclination of a floor of a toilet and a bathroom comprises: a step (a) of allow a laser irradiating unit to irradiate a laser beam to a drain to measure a vertical point between the laser irradiating unit and the drain; a step (b) of allow the laser irradiating unit to irradiate the laser beam to measure a point from which the inclination is started from an end part of a concrete surface of the bottom surface of the drain of a toilet and a bathroom; a step (c) of allowing the laser irradiating unit to measure tangent and vertex points in which inclined surface formed on each surface of the drain; a step (d) of allowing a calculation unit to measure an inclination about an inclined surface formed between a distance from the vertical point to the position from which the inclination is started, and a distance from the vertical point to the target and vertex points; and a step (e) of allowing a measurement result determination unit to receive and compare all pieces of inclination data about each surface of the drain measured in the step (d) to determine identity of the inclination, and transmitting location information of the inclined surface of the drain corresponding to unmatched inclination data to a worker terminal when the unmatched inclination data is present based on a detection result.
본 발명은 화장실 및 욕실 바닥의 경사도 측정 방법에 관한 것으로, (a) 상기 레이저 조사부가 배수구측으로 레이저를 조사하여 레이저 조사부와 배수구 간의 수직 포인트를 측정하는 단계; (b) 레이저 조사부가 레이저를 조사하여 화장실 및 욕실의 배수구 바닥면의 콘크리트 표면의 끝단부로부터 경사도가 시작되는 지점을 측정하는 단계; (c) 상기 레이저 조사부가 배수구의 각 면들에 형성된 경사면들의 서로 접하는 접선 포인트 및 꼭지점 포인트를 측정하는 단계; (d) 산출부에서 상기 수직 포인트에서 상기 경사도가 시작되는 지점까지의 거리와, 상기 수직 포인트에서 상기 접선 포인트 및 꼭지점 포인트까지의 거리 사이에 형성된 경사면에 대한 경사도를 측정하는 단계; (e) 측정 결과 판단부로 상기 (d) 단계에서 측정한 배수구의 각 면에 대한 모든 경사도 데이터가 전송되고, 전송된 상기 경사도 데이터들을 비교하여 경사도의 동일성을 판단하고, 판단 결과 불일치한 경사도 데이터가 존재하는 경우, 상기 불일치한 경사도 데이터에 해당하는 배수구의 경사면 위치 정보를 작업자 단말로 전송하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
