Early stormwater treatment unit with multifunctional screen module
The present invention relates to an initial rainwater processing apparatus to which a multi-functional screen module is applied to treat initial rainwater by passing the same through a filter module, comprising: a pretreatment submergence water tank connected to a main water passage through an inflow pipe to store initial rainwater when it is rainy; a main body composed of a housing which is formed to open at the front surface and the top surface and is coupled and fixed to the bottom surface of the pretreatment submergence water tank, first, second, and third coupling grooves which are formed at regular intervals inside the housing so as to be slid and coupled in the vertical direction, and a discharge hole which is formed on the rear surface of the housing; a screen unit including a first filter module which is slid and coupled to a first coupling groove by forming a perforated plate, a second filter module which forms a mesh net and is slid and coupled to a second coupling groove, and a third filter module which forms an oil adsorbent and is slid and coupled to a third coupling groove; a cover which fixes the screen unit by being bolt-coupled to close the upper surface of the main body; and an outflow pipe which discharges initial rainwater passing through the first, second, and third filter modules to the main water passage by connecting the discharge hole of the main body with the main water passage.
본 발명은 초기우수를 필터모듈을 통과시켜 처리하는 다기능 스크린모듈이 적용된 초기우수 처리장치에 관한 것으로, 유입관을 통해 메인수로와 연결되어 강우시 초기우수를 저장하는 전처리침수조; 전면과 상면이 개구되도록 형성되어 전처리침수조의 바닥면에 결합고정되는 하우징과, 상하방향으로 슬라이드결합될 수 있도록 상기 하우징의 내부에 등 간격으로 형성되는 제1, 2, 3결합홈과, 상기 하우징의 후면에 형성되는 방출구를 구성한 본체; 타공판을 구성하여 제1결합홈에 슬라이드결합되는 제1필터모듈과, 매쉬망을 구성하여 제2결합홈에 슬라이드결합되는 제2필터모듈과, 유류흡착제를 구성하여 제3결합홈에 슬라이드결합되는 제3필터모듈을 구비한 스크린부; 상기 본체의 상면을 폐쇄하도록 볼트결합되어 스크린부를 고정시키는 덮개; 상기 본체의 방출구와 메인수로 사이를 연결하여 제1, 2, 3필터모듈을 통과한 초기우수를 메인수로로 방출시키는 유출관;을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
