내화물 제조시, 열인상시, 사용 중의 온도 변화나 가동 휴지시의 열인하 중 어느 경우에 있어서도 균열을 잘 발생시키지 않아 높은 내구성을 갖는 고지르코니아질 전기 주조 내화물을 제공한다. 화학 조성으로서, ZrO가 88 ∼ 96.5 질량％, SiO가 2.5 ∼ 9.0 질량％, AlO이 0.4 ∼ 1.5 질량％, NaO 가 0.07 ∼ 0.26 질량％, KO 가 0.3 ∼ 1.3 질량％, LiO 가 외괘로 0 ∼ 0.3 질량％, BO이 외괘로 0.08 질량％ 이하, PO가 외괘로 0.08 질량％ 이하이며, BO＋ PO가 외괘로 0.1 질량％ 이하의 범위로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고지르코니아질 전기 주조 내화물.
To provide a high zirconia fused cast refractory having high durability, which hardly has cracks at the time of production of the refractory, during the heating, by temperature changes during use and during the cooling at the time of suspension of operation. A high zirconia fused cast refractory which has a chemical composition comprising from 88 to 96.5 mass% of ZrO 2 , from 2.5 to 9.0 mass% of SiO 2 , from 0.4 to 1.5 mass% of Al 2 O 3 , from 0.07 to 0.26 mass% of Na 2 O, from 0.3 to 1.3 mass% of K 2 O, from 0 to 0.3 mass% by outer percentage of Li 2 O, at most 0.08 mass% by outer percentage of B 2 O 3 , and at most 0.08 mass% by outer percentage of P 2 O 5 , and contains B 2 O 3 +P 2 O 5 in a content of at most 0.1 mass% by outer percentage.
