Apparatus for food waste processing using microorganism
Disclosed is a food waste disposal apparatus using a microorganism for sink. The present invention includes a chamber provided with a decomposition chamber having a mesh screen floor, a drain passage having an outlet communicating with the lower portion of the decomposition chamber, and a filter housing having a food inlet communicating with the decomposition chamber in an openable manner on the floor, coupled to the discharge port in the lower portion of the sink ball, and having a drain port connected to the inlet of the drain passage on one side; a stirring unit provided with a motor and first and second stirring blades disposed at a distance in the diameter direction on the rotating shaft of the motor in the decomposition chamber, in which the first and second stirring blades are spiral with both ends supported while forming a predetermined angle around the rotating shaft; and an odor backflow prevention trap provided in the drain passage of the chamber. According to the present invention, the first and second stirring blades rotate while diagonally scratching the mesh screen alternately, and thus the food waste is not accumulated and is actively transported for mixing and the stirring efficiency is very high and concerns over blocking of the mesh screen can be effectively suppressed.
본 발명은 싱크대용 미생물을 이용한 음식물 쓰레기 처리장치를 개시한다. 본 발명은 바닥이 메시 스크린으로 이루어진 분해실과, 출구가 분해실의 하부와 연통하는 배수통로와, 분해실과 연통하는 음식물 투입구를 바닥에 개폐 가능하게 가지고 싱크볼 하부의 배출구에 결합되며 측면에 배수통로의 입구와 연결되는 배수구를 갖는 거름망하우징을 구비하는 챔버; 모터와, 이 모터의 회전축에 그 지름방향으로 간격을 두고 배치되는 제1 및 제2 교반블레이드를 분해실에 구비하되, 제1 및 제2 교반블레이드가 스파이럴 형태로 이루어져 양단이 회전축의 둘레에 소정각도를 이루면서 지지되는 교반유닛; 챔버의 배수통로에 구비되는 냄새역류방지트랩;을 포함한다.본 발명은, 제1 및 제2 교반블레이드가 교번적으로 메시 스크린을 전체적으로 비스듬히 긁어주면서 회전하기 때문에 음식물 쓰레기가 적재되어 있지 않고 활발하게 이송되면서 뒤섞이게 되어 교반효율이 매우 우수할 뿐 아니라 메시 스크린의 폐색우려도 효과적으로 억제되게 된다.
