The present invention relates to a soil-nail apparatus provided with a guide cap for protecting a perforated hole. According to the present invention, a nail insertion-facilitating guide cap is coupled to the tip portion of a nail in a process for nail insertion into the perforated hole on a slope during soil-nailing construction, which is a slope reinforcement technique for enhancing safety with respect to an unstable slope. Accordingly, slime generation in the perforated hole can be minimized and the nail or a fixture can be easily inserted up to the bottom part of the perforated hole. As a result, work safety can be ensured in the soil-nailing process. The guide cap can be conveniently and directly coupled to the nail and can be used with the fixture, and thus the efficiency of use is high. The soil-nail apparatus fills a grout material through a grouting pipe so that the nail inserted in the perforated hole formed on a slope is fixed. The soil-nail apparatus includes a nail to be inserted long along the inner portion of the perforated hole; and a guide cap guided to be inserted at a predetermined distance from the inner wall of the perforated hole in the tip portion of the nail in a case where the nail is inserted into the perforated hole. The guide cap includes a coupling portion coupled to the tip portion of the nail and a head portion having a tapered inclined surface guiding the slime generated in the perforated hole to escape rearward while being pushed to the edge in the case of insertion into the perforated hole.
본 발명은 천공홀 보호용 가이드캡이 구비된 소일 네일 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 불안정 경사면에 대한 안전성확보를 위해 경사면 보강공법인 소일네일링 공법에서 사면의 천공홀에 네일을 삽입하는 공정에서 네일 선단부에 네일 삽입 작업이 용이한 가이드캡이 결합되어 천공홀 내부에서의 슬라임(slime)의 발생하는 현상을 최소화함으로써 천공홀의 바닥 부분까지 네일이나 정착구를 삽입하는 작업이 매우 수월하고, 그에 따른 소일 네일링 공정에서의 작업 안전성을 확보할 수 있으며, 특히 상기 가이드캡은 네일에 간편하게 직접 결합되어 사용할 수 있는 것은 물론 정착구에 병행하여 사용할 수 있게 구성되어 사용효율성이 높은 천공홀 보호용 가이드캡이 구비된 소일 네일 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 천공홀 보호용 가이드캡이 구비된 소일 네일 장치는, 사면에 천공된 천공홀에 삽입된 네일을 고정시키도록 그라우팅 파이프를 통해 그라우트재를 충진하는 소일 네일 장치에 있어서, 상기 천공홀의 내부를 따라 길게 삽입되기 위한 네일과; 상기 네일이 상기 천공홀 내부로 삽입되는 경우 상기 네일의 선단부가 상기 천공홀의 내벽에서 소정 이격된 상태로 삽입 가이드하는 가이드캡을; 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 가이드캡은, 상기 네일의 선단부에 결합되는 결합부와, 상기 천공홀에 삽입되는 경우 상기 천공홀에서 발생되는 슬라임이 가장자리 방향으로 밀리면서 후방으로 빠지도록 유도하는 테이퍼경사면이 형성된 헤드부가 구성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
