DOOR HINGE WITH SEMI AUTOMATIC CLOSER FUNCTION AND STOPPER FUNCTION
The present invention relates to a door hinge and, more specifically, to a door hinge having semi-automatic closure and stopper functions. The door hinge enables a door such as an entrance door to be fixed to a wall surface and to be rotated, and has an open state or closed state stopper fixing function using elastic pressing force of a compression spring interposed in a rotation unit, and a semi-automatic closer function in which skid closing is performed by elastic pressing force of a compression spring in an open state. The door hinge of the present invention comprises: an outer hinge frame which is divided into upper and lower parts and has a shaft inside; an inner hinge frame which is rotated by the shaft and is rotated with respect to the outer hinge frame; and a shaft which forms a rotary shaft in which the inner hinge frame is rotated with respect to the outer hinge frame. A groove of one side of the inner hinge frame is fitted and coupled with a protrusion of one side of the outer hinge frame to prevent rotation of the inner hinge frame with respect to the outer hinge frame.
본 발명은 도어힌지에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 출입문 등의 도어가 벽면에 고정되어 회동되게 하는 도어힌지로써 회동부에 내재된 압축스프링의 탄성 가압력으로 개방상태, 및 닫힘상태의 스토퍼 고정기능을 갖고, 열린 상태에서 압축스프링의 탄성 가압력으로 미끄러지듯 닫히는 반자동 클로저 기능을 갖는 반자동 클로저 및 스토퍼 기능을 갖는 도어힌지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 특징은 상하편으로 나누어져 샤프트가 내부에 구비되는 아웃경첩프레임; 상기 샤프트에 의해 회전되어 아웃경첩프레임에 대해 회동되는 이너경첩프레임; 및 상기 아웃경첩프레임에 대해서 이너경첩프레임이 회전상태를 이루는 회전축을 이루는 샤프트를 포함한 도어힌지에 있어서, 상기 아웃경첩프레임의 일측 돌기에 대해, 이너경첩프레임 일측의 홈이 끼움결합되어 아웃경첩프레임에 대해 이너경첩프레임의 회동을 저지하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
