According to the present invention, a mounting portion formed to cross over a contact member installed to be in contact with an external wall is formed with a separated portion spaced from the external wall with a predetermined distance. Therefore, even though rainwater or the like permeates between the external wall and a water leakage prevention member to improve a water leakage prevention effect by draining water to the outside of the external wall through the separated portion. With respect to a chronic water leakage of windows and doors, generated in a portion in which the windows and doors are installed in a corridor portion of a corridor type apartment house, water flowing into a gap between an external wall frame body and a window frame can be prevented.
본 발명은 외벽에 밀착하게 설치하는 밀착 부재와 교차하게 구성한 장착 부분이 외벽에서 미리 정한 간격만큼 떨어지게 이격 부분을 구성하므로, 빗물 등이 외벽과 누수방지 부재 사이로 스며들더라도 이격 부분을 통해 외벽 외부로 배수하여 누수 방지 효과를 높일 수 있다. 이에, 복도식 아파트의 복도 부분에 창호를 설치한 부분에서 발생하는 만성적인 창호의 누수에 대하여 외벽 골조체와 창호 프레임 사이의 틈새로 유입되는 누수 하자를 방지할 수 있게 한 것이다.
