The present invention relates to an elastic bearing on which a presetting apparatus is attached. In particular, an elastic bearing is installed between a lower column structure (a bridge) and an upper structure (an upper plane). Therefore, the elastic bearing supports an upper plane of a bridge in order to smoothly adapt to movement, rotation, and deflection thereof at ordinary times, whereas in case of an earthquake, divides a load in a uniform manner so as to protect upper and lower structures. In addition, a presetting apparatus consisting of a deformation maintenance hole and a hydraulic jack front end deformation unit is attached to a wedge part of the elastic bearing at both side surfaces thereof. Consequently, this invention is characterized by preventing in advance an erroneous motion of the elastic bearing after construction of the bridge, by being provided with the presetting apparatus which adjusts in advance an amount of motion which is calculated by applying upon the elastic bearing the distance deducted from the factors such as a creep allowing the upper structure to horizontally move, drying shrinkage, and the average temperature of an area of installation.
본 발명은 프리셋팅 장치가 부착된 탄성받침에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세히 설명하면 하주구조물(교각)과 상부구조물(상판)사이에 설치된 탄성받침은 상시에는 교량상판을 지지, 이동, 회전, 처짐거동을 원활히 적응하고 지진시에는 균등한 하중을 분담하여 상,하부 구조물을 보호하는 기능은 물론 상기 탄성받침의 측면 양쪽에 변형유지구와 유압잭 전단 변형부로 구성된 프리셋팅장치를 탄성받침 쐐기부에 부착시킴으로 상부구조물을 수평이동 케하는 크리프, 건조수축, 설치지역 평균온도를 가감한 거리를 탄성패드에 산정하여 이동량을 미리 보정하는 프리셋팅장치를 갖춤으로 교량건조 후 탄성받침의 이상거동을 사전방지 할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
