Cofferdam Construction Method using Connection of Steel Pipe Members
The present invention relates to a temporary coffering construction method using circular pipe members that is carried out by inserting the circular pipe members on the ground under the sea by means of a suction pressure, thereby ensuring sufficient lower end water tightness and a support force for a temporary coffering even in an environment where it is hard to ensure sufficient water tightness on the ground only with the self-insertion of the circular pipe members through their self weight, laminatedly integrating the circular pipe members in a vertical direction in such a manner as to be bonded to each other on the surface of water to build the temporary coffering corresponding to a water depth of a construction site, disassembling the circular pipe members sequentially by means of a structure newly built in an internal space of the temporary coffering and a lift wire coupled thereto if the temporary coffering is removed, and suppressing the use of a large capacity crane in a construction process of a large temporary coffering to reduce a construction cost and a construction period. According to the present invention, the temporary coffering construction method with a step of building a temporary coffering (100) by means of a main circular pipe member (1) and additional circular pipe members and a step of sequentially separating the circular pipe members after the use of the temporary coffering (100) to disassemble the temporary coffering (100), includes the steps of: placing a lower end periphery of the main circular pipe member (1) on the ground in the sea and placing an upper end periphery thereof above the surface of water; and laminatedly arranging the additional circular pipe members on the main circular pipe member (1) in such a manner as to be tightly coupled to each other.
본 발명은 원형관 부재를 이용하여 가물막이를 구축하되, 원형관 부재를 석션압(suction pressure)에 의해 해저 지반에 관입함으로써, 단순히 원형관 부재를 자중을 이용하여 자침(自沈)시키는 것만으로는 해저 지반면에서의 충분한 수밀성이 확보되기 어려운 현장에서도 충분한 하단 수밀성 및 가물막이 지지력을 확보할 수 있으며, 연직방향으로 복수개의 원형관 부재를 연직방향으로 적층하여 조립함으로써 일체화시키되, 원형관 부재 간의 접합은 수면 위에서 진행되도록 함으로써, 현장의 수심에 대응되는 가물막이를 구축할 수 있으며, 가물막이를 철거할 때에는 가물막이의 내부 공간에 구축된 신축 구조물과 이에 결합된 인양와이어를 이용하여 원형관 부재를 순차적으로 분해하여 해체함으로써, 대형 가물막이 시공 과정에서 대용량 크레인의 사용을 억제하여 시공비용을 절감하고 공기를 단축시킬 수 있게 되는 "석션 관입과 원형관 부재의 적층을 이용한 가물막이 설치해체 시공방법"에 관한 것이다.
