Method for constructing seismic frame to automatic laser processed and jointed structure using carbon fiber reinforced composite material fastener
The present invention relates to a method for constructing an earthquake-proof frame to an automatic laser processed and bonded structure using a carbon fiber reinforced composite material fastener, wherein the automatic laser processed and bonded structure comprises: a plurality of vertical frames fixed by a fixing means; and a plurality of horizontal frames coupled to the vertical frames by a coupling means. The automatic laser processed and bonded structure is reinforced by using a vertical reinforcement member formed with a carbon fiber reinforced composite to be coupled to the vertical frame, a horizontal reinforcement member formed with the carbon fiber reinforced composite to be coupled to the horizontal frame, and a fixing reinforcement member formed with the carbon fiber reinforced composite to reinforce the fixing means. Therefore, the automatic laser processed and bonded structure can resist strong vibration like an earthquake.
본 발명은 자동 레이저 가공 접합 구조물에 탄소섬유강화 복합재 화스너를 이용한 내진프레임 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 고정수단에 의하여 고정되는 복수개의 수직프레임과, 수직프레임에 결합수단에 의하여 결합되는 복수개의 수평프레임으로 구성되는 자동 레이저 가공 접합 구조물을 탄소섬유강화 복합재로 구성되어 수직프레임에 결합되는 수직보강부재와 탄소섬유강화 복합재로 구성되어 수평프레임에 결합되는 수평보강부재 및, 탄소섬유강화 복합재로 구성되어 고정수단을 보강하는 고정보강부재를 이용하여 보강함으로써 지진 등의 강한 진동에 견딜 수 있도록 한 것이다.
