The present invention relates to a railway concrete track repair and maintenance filler injection device and a railway concrete track repair and maintenance method. With the present invention, concrete track repair and maintenance can be expedited and facilitated without disassembly of sleeper or anti-vibration structure. The present invention includes a first tank in which a main agent is stored; a second tank in which a curing agent constituting the filler is stored along with the main agent; and a nozzle mixing the main agent and the curing agent and discharging the mixture of the main agent and the curing agent. The nozzle includes a nozzle body having a main agent inlet, a curing agent inlet, and a discharge port; a mixing guide member formed by twisting a flat plate member having a rectangular cross section to have a spiral structure; and an auxiliary nozzle coupled to the tip of the nozzle body, having a triangular structure as a whole so that the filling flowing in spreads wide, and having at a lower end a thin and long rectangular injection port so as to be capable of being inserted between the sleeper and a narrow concrete road. The main agent inlet and the curing agent inlet are formed to have a structure extending in the tangential direction of the nozzle body at different positions with reference to the circumferential direction of the nozzle body. The mixing guide member has a rotating blade guiding rotation of the mixing guide member while generating a rotational force with the main agent and the curing agent flowing in in the tangential direction of the nozzle body through the main agent inlet and the curing agent inlet.
본 발명은 철도 콘크리트 궤도 유지보수용 채움재 주입장치 및 철도 콘크리트 궤도 유지보수 방법에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 침목이나 방진구조재를 해체하지 않고 신속하고 용이하게 콘크리트 궤도에 대한 유지보수 작업을 실시할 수 있도록 한 철도 콘크리트 궤도 유지보수용 채움재 주입장치 및 철도 콘크리트 궤도 유지보수 방법을 제공함에 있다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 주제가 저장되는 제1탱크; 상기 주제와 함께 채움재를 구성하는 경화제가 저장되는 제2탱크; 및 상기 주제와 경화제를 혼합하여 토출하는 노즐;로 이루어지되, 상기 노즐은, 주제 유입구와 경화제 유입구 및 토출구가 형성된 노즐본체; 직사각형의 단면을 갖는 평판재를 비틀어 꼬아 나선형의 구조를 갖도록 형성한 것으로 이루어진 혼합유도부재; 및 상기 노즐본체의 선단에 결합되며, 내부로 유입되는 채움재가 넓게 퍼지도록 전체적으로 삼각형의 구조로 이루어지되, 협소한 콘크리트 도상과 침목의 사이로 삽입될 수 있도록 얇고 긴 직사형의 구조를 갖는 주입구가 하단부에 형성된 보조노즐;로 구성되며, 상기 주제 유입구와 경화제 유입구는 노즐본체의 원주방향을 기준으로 서로 다른 위치에서 노즐본체의 접선방향으로 연장되는 구조를 갖도록 형성되고, 상기 주제 유입구와 경화제 유입구를 통해 노즐본체의 접선방향으로 유입되는 주제와 경화제에 의해 회전력을 발생시키면서 혼합유도부재의 회전을 유도하는 회전날개가 혼합유도부재에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 철도 콘크리트 궤도 유지보수용 채움재 주입장치 및 철도 콘크리트 궤도 유지보수 방법를 제공한다.
