Disclosed is a floor panel for construction having a double structure of a floor slab, which is lightweight because the inside of a casing is hollowed. Therefore, transportation as well as installation and construction thereof are easily enabled, and the floor panel is prevented from being dropped due to a heavy weight thereof during installation and construction, thereby preventing a safety accident of a worker in advance. In addition, work efficiency and productivity are greatly improved, because the floor panel is consisting of a casing, a first floor slab, and a second slap, so as to facilitate ease of production, and to simplify a work process required for production. Moreover, excellent fixation and solidity are achieved because a molding finishing unit is flowed into the first floor slab to be molded, thereby allowing the casing and the floor slab to be solidly fixated by the molding finishing unit. Furthermore, durability is greatly enhanced because the first floor slab and the second floor slab are fixated while being mounted on an upper part of the casing.
본 발명은 케이싱의 내부가 중공되어 있기 때문에 경량을 갖을 수 있어 운반은 물론 설치 시공이 용이하고 설치 시공시에 바닥판재의 무거운 중량에 의해 떨어뜨림을 방지할 수 있어 작업자의 안전사고를 미연에 방지하며 케이싱과 제1바닥판 및 제2바닥판으로 구비되어 생산성이 용이하고 생산에 따른 작업공정이 단순하여 작업효율성은 물론 생산성이 크게 향상될 수 있으며 제1바닥판측으로 몰딩마감부가 유입되어 몰딩처리되기 때문에 케이싱과 바닥판이 몰딩마감부에 의해 견고하게 고정되어 고정성 및 견고성이 향상되며 제1바닥판과 제2바닥판이 케이싱 상부에 안착된 상태로 고정되기 때문에 내구성이 크게 향상될 수 있는 바닥판 2중 구조를 갖는 건축용 바닥판재가 개시된다.
