The present invention relates to a guardrail with a plant removing structure, in which even though plants including vines growing around posts of the guardrail invade into a road, the guardrail can easily prevent the plants, which are cut by natural wind or other wind generated by vehicles, from invading into the road. A guardrail having posts installed to a road surface at regular intervals, rails connecting the posts in a horizontal direction, and a first engaging plate having a first fastening surface of a front upper portion of the rail is provided with a plurality of second fastening holes at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction, an inclined engaging surface provided with first fastening holes corresponding to the second fastening holes, and a horizontal support surface horizontally extended from one end of the engaging surface. One end of the support surface is provided with a cut portion in a longitudinal direction.
본 발명은 도로 밖의 가드레일 지주의 주변에 위치하는 넝쿨 등이 도로 안 방향으로 침입하더라도 자연의 바람 또는 차량의 이동시 발생되는 바람에 의해 넝쿨 등이 마찰로 인해 절단되어 넝쿨을 포함한 식물이 도로 안으로 침입하는 것을 보다 용이하게 방지할 수 있는 식물제거용 구조물이 설치된 가드레일에 관한 것으로서, 지면에 일정간격으로 설치되는 지주와; 상기 지주들을 상호 수평으로 연결하는 레일;을 포함하여 이루어지는 도로의 가드레일에 있어 상기 레일 전방 상부의 제1체결면의 길이방향으로 등간격의 다수 개로 제2체결공이 형성되면서 제2체결공에 대응되도록 제1체결공이 형성되어 제1체결면에 결속되는 경사진 결합면과 상기 결합면 일단 길이방향에서 절곡 수평 또는 경사지게 연장되는 수평의 지지면으로 구성되며, 상기 지지면의 끝단 길이방향으로 절단부가 형성되는 일체의 구조를 가진 제1결합판이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
